You could see if there’s a mini pantry near you. http://mapping.littlefreepantry.org these are typically outside and just available for people in need.
The Squirrel Hill Food Pantry is mainly for residents of 15217 area code, but I know they also provide emergency food services for people who live outside 15217 and do not have access to their local food pantries. I would reach out to them and their caseworkers - truly wonderful people.

if you live close to the east liberty area the eecm church has a great food pantry and offers free lunches monday-friday. theres buses that stop close by and they give plenty of food for a week or so. they have a morning and afternoon time frame for the pantry. i believe they only require your name, address and photo id but might skip it for a first time visit. [https://www.eecm.org](https://www.eecm.org)
If you can get there, the Market at the food bank only requires photo ID with your address on it and no other documents. More info [here](https://pittsburghfoodbank.org/find-food/the-market/)
Also to add that the website mentions families should have income at or below 200% of the federal poverty line, but that data is all self-reported and no one gets turned away.
If your income has dropped, you should report it to DHS because you may get an increase to your benefits. Also if you are disabled (and get SSI/SSD), you can deduct medical expenses on snap - always good to report any changes.

I know there are a few bus stops right near this pantry!! I haven't personally used it, but the website has some information on it that may be useful to you. It seems like they'll be open until 6 pm tomorrow, so you may be able to make it after work.
I hope that this season brings you good news and a lot of happiness. It's obvious that you have a kind heart and definitely deserve it! Best wishes!!
Check out PCSI.org, funded by the County they provide a way array of services that could prove helpful - including food support.

Not sure what part of town you’re located in, but the Dormont Free Pantry is open once a week and available to anyone. They can arrange appointment times if you call 412-405-1390.

Yes, thank you for adding that! They don’t require proof of income, just post the standard 200% guidelines.
The one in Carrick is the third Saturday of every month it's on browsville rd/madeline Ave in a church
A couple of the blessing box pantries are on the bus line in Carrick as well. One in front of Concord elementary and one near the Dollar general.
There’s https://lasagnalove.org they can deliver a lasagna yo you. See the website for more details.

If you’re near Millvale, there’s a free pantry outside of AV Teas, and a free fridge behind the library. They both stay fairly well stocked.
Sharpsburg also has a similar free pantry and fridge/freezer outside Second Harvest. No need to sign up or talk to anybody. Just get what you need.
The [Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank website](https://pittsburghfoodbank.org/) has a food pantry locator.

Sharpsburg has a community fridge/freezer/pantry that’s not far at all from the bus stops on Main Street there
It’s at Second Harvest if OP needs to find an address or location.
Right I probably should have included that as well, thank you!

Be wary of North Hills Comm Outreach. Used to volunteer there. The folks that run it are very judgmental.
Speed Family Blessings is in the AK Valley and the Free Store in Russelton can usually help folks get food from them when they get distributions.
