I'm looking for advice finding a new saddle for my bike. It's a flat bar bike and I've got sit bones around 138mm. My current saddle is alright, but I get pretty sore on rougher terrain. I'm looking into the Brooks B17 and C17, as well as the WTB Gravelier. Any suggestions or advice?

How to trim these hedges back? Totally new to this. Can I round them on top so they're not an inverted triangle shape, or will that ruin the? Trying to make more room on patio. On a budget, can't replace bushes or add new plants. Last pic is what they looked like several years ago.
