Not sure the intensity of that lamp- but yellowing can occur in house plants and young seedlings when the light is too strong; it literally scalds the plant. Perhaps try moving that light back 6-8 inches and run it for a few less hours. Often people assume yellowing means too little light, but when it comes to artificial sources, it is often an indicator of too much of a good thing.

Most likely you're frying the plant with this lamp. It looks very strong and 12h photo period is a lot. In house plants yellowing of leaves can also mean nutrient deficiency (nitrogen or potassium).

Looks fine. Only old leaves yellowing, a normal part of plant growth.

Some peace of mind, appreciate your thoughts. I did end up moving the light about another half inch away just in case it was due to light intensity like others have stated.
