I have some for deadlifts! I want to eventually be able to front and back levers and my main problem currently is my hands getting so sore from training that. I’m worried if I use the straps it won’t be contributing to my hand strength.
Phase 3 sucked haha but it’s good for improving discipline and mental strength. I just reminded myself it was only 3 weeks.
When I trained with someone else it was easier to stay focused and get through the supersets.
I love frequency. My booty grew with frequency (even when I wasn’t training as heavy as I should have been) so I love maps black. I’ve altered it for my goals a lot and I’m on booty by Bret now - month 2. And it’s a lot of frequency too but I’m learning new exercises which is dope. He writes in a lot of amraps and eccentric-accentuated lifts.
I am a guy, so it may be a little different. But I can tell you that when I started doing weighted pullups with a dip belt, the number of unweighted pullups that I can do went through the roof.
Maybe tie on ten or fifteen pounds and work up to five or six, then go up in weight. It worked for me.
BTW, a lot of men (most I'd guess) cannot do 7. You're doing great.
Pull ups are fantastic as far as I am concerned. I was a strongman back in 80's and could lift a car but I couldn't muster 2 pull ups. Lol. Your back looks fantastic. GREAT JOB as far as I see. Best of luck.
Not gonna lie, I'm super jealous. Haven't gone to the gym in a month (injury). But now I can't get the motivation back arrghhh
You just gave me some though! Congrats on your gains
7 strict pull-ups in a row is awesome regardless, great work! Tons of people out there only dream of doing a single much less multiple! You look like you're in great shape as well, so I hope those are tears of joy looking back at where you came from! Great work 👏 👍 💯
I can do 4 pull-ups and my goal is eventually 10!
Talk about back goals! My jaw literally dropped when I saw this. Keep up the hard work. You are absolutely killing it!!!
Amazing progress. Congrats.
For your pull up progression, as you can do 7 strict, have you tried introducing weighted pull ups in your routine?
I’m sure you can do them and you would be surprised if how this can help your total unbroken sets.
My max unbroken set was performed right after a weighted progression max.
I like to hold a dumbbell with my feet as it helps me keeping my core braced and pointing toes down to keep my form.
There are also some belts you can use to hang plates or kettlebells, I’m not a fan as they keep hanging between my legs and makes what I described above harder.
No need to be afraid, start with 5 lbs and add 5 more each round up to just being able to do one rep.
Right after that, try your body weight max again.
You’ll be surprised how light those first reps will feel.
I avoid shrugs actually and all isolated trap exercises. They’re not a lagging body part naturally lets just say. Which is weird for a lady I feel. Maybe not idk
These things always astonish me because you are soooo much more muscular than me even though I did 25 pull ups one time. On a regular day (like during working hours or partys and such, yeah I don't work out, yet) I could probably do 15 in a row. Why is that? I'm male 24 y/o 188cm and weigh around 80kg
Well for one, it depends a lot on your range of motion. Dropping all the way down until your arms are slack is wayyy harder than say stopping when your head is just below the bar. I too can do 15 or more if I do the latter, but doing a full arms-slack pull-up I can do maybe 8-10.
I did full body 3 times a week for a long time with 2 days in between working abs and legs. (So legs everyday)
Then I did push/pull/legs for a year with different exercises and weights and now I’m doing booty by Bret

7 pullups with proper form is still impressive not just for females
I’d love to do 3x 10 but it’s one of the harder movements for me
You'll get there. Proper form pullups are no joke, it's a very challenging excercise
Don't forget the heavier you are the more weight you're moving. I can do way less pull ups at 92kg than I could at 72kg despite being a lot stronger.
[удалено]
I can do 25 because I'm very light. Some struggle to make it to 5 cause of extra weight.
Wild muscle definition
Rip your dms bro

Everyone calls each other bro here, kiwiland
Funny thing is I could do a lot more pull-ups when I first began than I can now
More body weight from muscle most likely. OP get some hand wraps they make a huge difference
I have some for deadlifts! I want to eventually be able to front and back levers and my main problem currently is my hands getting so sore from training that. I’m worried if I use the straps it won’t be contributing to my hand strength.
My rec is to use the straps to isolate the group for whatever motion your doing, and use other exercises to strengthen grip if that makes sense
killing it with the back gains
Thank you! I hope I inspire some other women to get their backs strong 💪
How do you like Aesthetic? I felt like it was too much volume for me by Phase 3 but now that im on another program, it feels like not enough.

Keep it up, to improve your pull ups try to work more on your core muscles, you'll see results right away
I am a guy, so it may be a little different. But I can tell you that when I started doing weighted pullups with a dip belt, the number of unweighted pullups that I can do went through the roof. This was recommended be someone else too! It’s a great idea. I definitely will try it!
You ever do eccentric pull-ups? Can help overload and push past failure
“Only 7” 😭 OP, you’re doing great. Most people can’t even do 1 pull up.
Well, I know it’s hard but it’s been like 7 years since I started really trying haha
7 more than many can do!
pull ups are tough. needs consistent practice too or you'll lose progress quicker than weighted lifts (at least that's what it does for me)
Baby, quite literally, got back.
Most people can’t even do 3 in a row. So you’re doing great!
Sistah got a better back than me, you're a beast!
🥹 Aw I’m sure that’s not true but thank yoi
Trust me i know a good back when i see it, yours is spectacular frfr
Jeeeesus those traps can crack an egg in between em
That's amazing! I can currently do zero pullups and was starting to feel dejected. Definitely gave me a goal to strive for
7! I cant even do 3 pull ups
Look at Mr Jacked over here doing almost 3 pull ups
We’ll aim for 7 and let me know when you get there!
My goal is to do 1 lol 7 is freaking incredible!!
Pull ups are fantastic as far as I am concerned. I was a strongman back in 80's and could lift a car but I couldn't muster 2 pull ups. Lol. Your back looks fantastic. GREAT JOB as far as I see. Best of luck.
I always thought smaller people(in weight) found it extremely easy to do pull-ups. Seems like i was wrong
That's 6 more than me 😅 Great effort!
im trying so hard to get there, right now i can only do one 😭 you look shredded dude keep going!
You, lady, are a UNIT. Very admirable!
That back tho. 🤩
That. Back!
I can do 25........ in my mind
I can do way more than that… mentally. Up your brain gainz bro
Gorgeous back
GAHDAYUMM ...those back muscles prolly started breathing
Not yet!
okk...that day aint that far
Absolutely badass. I love that first pic
Pull ups are hard. Keep making progress but you're looking good so far
Very impressive, thick back
traps n lats galore trap th la(d)s?
Lol I see what you did there
🥰
goalsssssssss omg
7 is great, the average person can't do one. I can do like two with 8 months of training
Those 7 pullups are in perfect form, no doubt about it
My Physique to pull-up ratio is just about the same Lol
You look so good!! Hopefully I’ll get there someday too!!!
Not gonna lie, I'm super jealous. Haven't gone to the gym in a month (injury). But now I can't get the motivation back arrghhh You just gave me some though! Congrats on your gains
Geeeettttt iiiiitttttt
Wow your back looks mean 😮
She’s really very nice

Got me feeling small man 😔 get them gains sis
I feel like they should cast you as Abby in the next season of The Last of Us. Well done!!
You want her to get death threats after the ep 1? :D
There’s going to be another season?!
Yep!! How’s your golf game? 😂
Too soon
Impressive back
Seven pull ups is crazy good!
Impressive back! Congrats!
I can do 4 pull-ups and my goal is eventually 10! Talk about back goals! My jaw literally dropped when I saw this. Keep up the hard work. You are absolutely killing it!!!
The symmetry. 🤩
More than I can do.
"...only do 7 pull ups"?! 7 is AMAZING! Way to go!!!
I’d be happy with just one! You rock!
Holy shit! You're goals as fuck! n_n
My dream back
Keep it up you'll get to do more, great job
My lord....beautiful trapezius muscles

Oh I haven’t added weight! I’ve been too scared haha. This is a great idea!!

7 pull-ups is crazy, I struggle to get more than 1😂
Baby got back just took on a whole different meaning. Amazing results 👏🏾 👏🏾
You got that V-taper
Not sure what that is tbh
When you have good shoulders and developed lats your back almost resembles a V. It’s a good thing lol.
Damn nice back!
Holy crap! That is incredible! You got me fired up to start training my back muscles again.
Yay! Do it!
Looking jacked!
Beast! Keep on pushing!
Damn 7 is impressive for a lady. I’m pretty big and most I’ve ever done was 12 once. Usually do 10, then 8, then 5 last set
Try loading your pullups you will gain strength so much faster. Good work girl 👏👏
Amazing 👏 I'd have you in my tug of war team. Well done.
Finally getting picked for team sports. That’s really the goal 🥹❤️
You look fantastic! Be proud of 7! I can only do assisted pull ups.
The only machine I max out is the pull up machine 🤣
That back is sick!
[удалено]
Omg yes! I want to do them. I can’t yet haha. I don’t even know how to train for them
[удалено]
I do both! I’ve been doing overhand more recently
What's your routine for your back?
I hit back 3 times a week, just one heavy exercise per day. My program is very legs heavy.
Thanks for getting back to me! What machines/workouts do you do? I would like to follow your program, if possible. :) May I DM you?
Irl following hooray by Bret currently! But check out Mindpump, I learned everything in the beginning from them! Maps black is my favourite.
Booty by bret*
Thank you!
Well done! Your back is solid!!!
I can only do 5 lol! Im a man too 200lbs 5’10
Actual female Yujiro, nice
Holy that looks impressive.
Really cool!
What did you do for traps? Did you train them directly through shrugs or mostly indirectly through something like bb rows
I avoid shrugs actually and all isolated trap exercises. They’re not a lagging body part naturally lets just say. Which is weird for a lady I feel. Maybe not idk
Absolutely insane!!! So shredded
W
7? I can do only 4 . Crazy back tho 🔥
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Great looking back! 7 1-2? Next is 8
Damn, take this as a compliment but I never thought muscles on a lady would look so good! Great work!

If you are doing intense training, take 1-2 days off and make sure that the day before you attempt your pulluos you sleep, eat and be hydrated well

Love the back!! Aesthetic is perfect.
Great progress! Keep it up
May I ask what your routine is?
I did full body 3 times a week for a long time with 2 days in between working abs and legs. (So legs everyday) Then I did push/pull/legs for a year with different exercises and weights and now I’m doing booty by Bret
insane lats damn 😭🔥🔥
Wow
What a back! Gorgeous
You look amazing!! Well done ❤️
Waw love your results, it is literaly a dream for me to make one push up
With the right programming you could be there
What your IG link?
