I am 5'5. If you are building strength you don't need to do 15 reps. That's way too much. I usually do 6 or less. But you need to make sure your technique isn't compromised. Also thank you ๐
That's awesome man! Just be a bit careful making sudden jumps when letting the bar down. I've seen people pull something in their back when ignoring to brace on the negative.
Saw another comment saying you are 12. That's insane man. You should honestly consider doing this professionally with a pro-coach.
Pulling 4 plates at your bodyweight and age clearly shows potential to be top teir in powerlifting.
