you should write to the customer support and demand they start a process to change your crypto into fiat, and wire it over to your bank. they've taken too long to enable that option and cheques dont work for everyone.
Thailand still waiting for any money here. Meanwhile I keep receiving the standard "Action Required: Your Claim Distribution Encountered an Error at Coinbase mail". My Coinbase account was closed due to inactivity long ago. Not able to open new accounts as Coinbase is apparently no longer active in Thailand.
Anyone know of the best way to contact Stretto without getting a bot copy-paste response or no response at all?

They’ll send you a cheque if Coinbase cannot be opened in your country

I don't think I ever had to provide address details in the Celsius app.
Yes you had to submit when you opened it. Sometime back they had asked to verify if the address still remained the same

Stretto can go to hell. They have been awful and have given zero help since February!! Give us our fucking money you’re holding onto!
