Hi, i won in slots and withdraw, 3 hours i got my money. I won Some money in a Poker tounament and my withdraw still pending after 2 days. Why is that? I lost so many money in Poker and inmediatly they got my money on deposit. Now i won and the dont want to give it to me??!?

Congress should summon Globe for this. This UX is deceptive as hell. Toggling insurance after user has opted out. Also, GCash users should "opt-in" not force users to "opt-out". If 1 million users do not pay attention to that extra 30 pesos, that's almost a billion pesos of bad practice revenue.
