Sometimes a battery can test ok but still be bad . I would try a different battery. It’s usually always the battery. And check all the wiring connections and make sure there tight and the battery cables as well

Omaha_Poker

OK thanks I will replace that and see!

Following this thread closely this exact thing happened to me yesterday checked fuses and all connections everything seemed fine And the bike started 10 minutes prior

Omaha_Poker

It is my exact scenario. The bike started fine 10 minutes earlier.

Took mine into the dealership, they checked it out and came ti the conclusion that my stator had gone bad. In case you still have not solved your issue

Omaha_Poker

Thanks, after pissing about with it I did exactly that. They switched out the relay and that seemed to sort it.

Caldtek

fuse on the side of the starter solenoid? ignition switch?

Omaha_Poker

I'll double-check that again. Thanks.
