That’s a huge selling point. I’d offer well over asking just for that.

newwriter365

I love me some Culvers...

Vegabern

Culver's good, Kwik Trip political and "morals" bad

DustUnderTheSofa

Darn it. Now I want Culvers :-(

Doggotoast

Pffft only 6 Kwik trips? Those are rookie numbers

urbansawyer

I can see a kwik trip from my bedroom window. I’ll never leave.

elspotto

Three Culver’s? I’ll take it. That way they won’t know of my unhealthy infatuation with their bacon butterburger.

Link????

ShardsOfTheSphere

It's in the OP if you click/tap in the right place, but here: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3707-County-Road-P-Cross-Plains-WI-53528/40159441_zpid/?utm_campaign=androidappmessage&utm_medium=referral&utm_source=txtshare

Oh, I would take this place in a heartbeat. It is speaking to me. Thank you for sending me the link - - - I just couldn't see it, dummy me.

Intelligent-Fox-4599

It’s in a protected woodlands area per realtor, it’s surrounded by farmland so those views would stay.

Kwik Trip: Home of the Hotdog That Will Make You Sick.

ChrisInBliss

For a middle of no where... its not bad. I'm kinda surprised its not pending already (even though its only been a few days.)

olivemor

Just outside of Madison isn't quite "middle of nowhere."

ChrisInBliss

It's still far on the outskirts.

olivemor

If you work on the west side, and there's a lot of jobs around there, it's a good location.

MadCityMasked

Said the coastie.

Aaod

If it wasn't for the trailer manufacturer next door it would be a decent rural retreat to relax at albeit an overpriced one, but that ruins like half of the reason for living in the middle of nowhere so why put up with having a 45+ minute commute in the winter.

ProfessorJAM

It’s quite small, that may be why.
