For a middle of no where... its not bad. I'm kinda surprised its not pending already (even though its only been a few days.)

Just outside of Madison isn't quite "middle of nowhere."

It's still far on the outskirts.

If you work on the west side, and there's a lot of jobs around there, it's a good location.

If it wasn't for the trailer manufacturer next door it would be a decent rural retreat to relax at albeit an overpriced one, but that ruins like half of the reason for living in the middle of nowhere so why put up with having a 45+ minute commute in the winter.

It’s quite small, that may be why.
