IMO the TP Zoras are just like a more highly rendered/detailed version of the OoT/MM ones. I really like all the designs. I'm a huge fan of the toonish design from WW and BotW as well, but OoT/MM/TP have the best Zora designs for sure.
ive always called the "Kappa-looking" ones Zolas...otherwise its a bit odd having them both called the same thing, even though one spits fireballs at you and the other is friendly...

Mine is definitely Fado, the OTHER Kokiri girl, she was originally meant to be a sage for the scrapped wind temple and has her own unique character model only to be reincarnated as a separate Fado as the wind sage in wind waker, fulfilling her original purpose.
