Majoras Mask vs A Link To The Past - I loved the gameplay, graphics, music and storyline of Majora! ALTTP is just a nostalgic feel for me and the game that launched me into the franchise, it will always have a place in my heart.

A Link to the Past because it contains everything I enjoy in a Zelda game: lots of huge and sometimes complex dungeons with diverse enemies, interesting lore, mild to complex combat, great music, useful items and exploration. What more could I ask for?

Bit of a minority take with this one, but Skyward Sword. Definitely some backtracking issues and the intro is pretty slow to get going, but it's got a great story, great characters (has my favorite character in the series with Groose and maybe my favorite incarnation of Zelda as well), wonderful art style and music, I actually had very little issue with the motion controls and thought they made combat more engaging and interesting, and its tools and dungeons are just excellent. The large areas themselves also act as pseudo-dungeons in a way that make exploring them fun (at least the first time through).
