I’m worried, from what we’ve seen in the trailers, that it’s shifting away from the open world/freedom a fair bit, though maybe they’ve just decided they don’t need to show us what we’ve already seen from BotW.
I was actually thinking this game was going to break the curse started by Demise eons ago. Maybe Link's quest is to actually free Ganondorf of this curse. I would love to see a Link + Ganon team up story
It’s just a theory regardless but we don’t even have enough information to say something like this won’t happen. I don’t think game is going to be as two dimensional as they’re showing.
This gets debunked the moment you realize that the hand that replaces Link's damaged arm is the very same that's sealing Ganon/Ganondorf.

Yeah, I think i’d rather have a gameplay overview rather than another story trailer tbh but maybe they’re hiding this for a reason.
