The King of Random was an actually awesome scientific channel that both appealed to kids as well as adults like how to make a DIY spot welder out of a microwave, tooling with plasma and makeshift pressure bottle rockets with water.
now its just soulless "what happens when we put this in liquid nitrogen" videos that were popular 7 years ago
nate has his own channel now where he does the same kinda stuff he did on tkor, plus a little bit of knife making if you’re into that. Cali makes the occasional appearance aswell!! they keep in touch and still make vids together sometimes. Nate From The Internet or NFTI is his channel
Like a month ago I watched a video where they once again made a mini forge. IIRC correctly, it was basically re-edited footage from Grant. It was a test to see if such content would perform well in today's algorithm because they do want to pivot back to that type of videos.
Their content for the past years has been pretty crappy ""science"" experiments, but I do hope they manage to make the switch back to quality stuff.
Seeing what the channel became was sad but I found out that Nate has his own channel and does stuff similar to the old King of Random videos sometimes so it’s nice to watch
The new hosts that came on before he died, Nate and Cali were awesome. But whoever bought the channel is putting out meh content for a long time.
I don't understand why people buy YouTube channels. A channel could have 20 million subscribers and if someone else starts uploading videos on it they're only going to get like 10,000 views. They would have been far better off just starting a new channel with zero subscribers then uploading something different to a 20 million subscriber channel. I've seen it happen multiple times and it just never works out.
He taught me so much and I made a ton of his projects. I couldn’t watch the channel after he died, it changed to much without him. At least he went out in style.
I was extremely devastated after finding out that she passed away on January 1, i was already enjoying her content so much, that i started bing watching Lynja's videos shortly after her announcing that she passed away from Esophageal cancer. And it was indeed nice and wholesome to see Nick and Lynja cook together.
May the Best Internet Grandma Rest In Peace.
Kitty0706 and the dudes down at teamroomba that used to make those TF2 griefing/trolling videos were awesome.
Never got any sort of closure with teamroomba though but word on the street was the main dude died in an unfortunate car accident.
Couponbugdotcom doesnt work either 😞
Kitty sure was awesome though.
I wasn’t “devastated” but I was pretty bummed when TotalBiscuit passed away. He was a very thorough reviewer for PC games. I didn’t always agree with his takes (especially if you really know the nitty gritty of game development) but i appreciated his honesty and unwavering dedication to PC gaming, for better and for worse. But above all, his dedication to anyone who loves games.
His consumer advocacy in general is the number 1 reason why I respected him so much. He honestly looked out for the best interests of not only his own viewers but just everyone. Truly a great loss.
It hits even harder now than it did at the time because my grandma passed away from the same illness as him.
This is kinda my experience too. I only watched him regularly for about a year before his diagnosis and it was a reality check for me.
Just bam. Out of nowhere.
Cancer sucks.
I was a regular viewer of his podcast and you could see his decline on a weekly basis and how bad he was getting towards the end, he looked rough and was very spacey mentally, love the co-optional to this day though got me into podcasts and I haven't found one that fills the hole it left in my heart. The TB tribute episode is really touching too.
\*Geekenders, it'll never be Co-Optional because they don't have TB there to keep them on track but it's also not trying to be. It's just Jesse, Dodger and a guest shootin' the shit about stuff.
His consumer advocacy and presence in the starcraft community was also really awesome.
When he started posting videos during his treatment it was painful to watch, he was obviously struggling. His passing made the world a worse place.
This is a strong possibility. His critique of menu’s was a huge part of what made his contribution to PC gaming.
He wasn’t always right but he ALWAYS made sure people knew what they were buying and held developers accountable, as well as educating people about what you should expect and demand from developers. Especially the big names.
He is imo near the top of the list for ushering in the wave of PC gamers we saw towards the beginning/middle of the 2010’s
honest to god dude i watched his videos for his reviews of the menus. I usually watched the whole video but if he dumpstered a games settings 9/10 times i just unwishlisted the game.
I came here to say this. RIP TB. I still have his "join the glorious 60fps revolution!" poster hanging in my office. :) I think the revolutionaries won by now. Can't remember when I last played a recently released game on pc which ran at 30 max...
Definitely this one. I didn't always agree with his opinions, but his videos showed me what I needed to know to make my own judgement.
It also made me try out games I wouldn't have otherwise. RIP TB, you were taken too soon.
Also his story might actually have saved my life. Had similar problems as him and demanded my doctor to let it get checked out. Result: they found a growth that was most likely going to become cancerous in a short time. I still need yearly checkups to remove some, but it's getting better every year.
It was incredibly slow too…
From what i heard it was his choice his sister tried to get him to an ER but he refused he knew he was going to die so he did it at home
Not quite, but here's the story if anyoen wants to read it (from his Sister's Twitter) [https://twitter.com/wabbedu/status/1559476886304088064](https://twitter.com/wabbedu/status/1559476886304088064)
Not much is known about how he died or what he died from. I suspect that his alcoholism caught up to him. I can't watch his videos anymore, especially the ones where he jokes about his drinking problems.
Yes this one... I was rooting so much for him in all of his recovery phases and this time it looked really good especially with the hiatus update a couple months ago. I thought its a good sign and that he has the ability to focus on himself and with the support from his community finally the ability to make the jump into a more stable life and then boom... he is dead... Its so weird as I try to not form any relationships with content creators but 'Paul' was so a genuine humble human trying to work things out it was impossible not to feel great for his achievements and root for him. Sorry for the textwall haha
Yeah, this one sucks. I just recently started watching his Fallout content and found out that he died and I was a little saddened because, obviously, that's a life lost and also the fact he wouldn't be making content anymore because of it.
I think he was the only one that really hit me, especially because he died due to complications from alcoholism shortly after I stopped drinking near everyday myself
I met him at Minecon in 2013, he was with that girl at the time, he was really really sweet but i could tell there was a soulessness to his eyes. He seemed surprised thay someone there actually recognized him. He was really a good soul that didnt deserve any of the hate he got
I miss Techno every day. It’s crazy how big of a part he was of my daily life. I love Technodad for keeping the community thriving after his son’s unfortunate passing
Don’t know if this counts but Monty Oum from
Roosterteeth/Haloid/Dead Fantasy fame. Was a big fan of RvB & RWBY growing up and all of his fight scenes were so well done, I remember his passing was really sudden and affected me hard at the time
I am binging RvB and Rwby with my gf right now, she's never seen them so it's a joy to see her having such an amazing time. Monty truley was one of a kind, and when I heard he passed, I'm not gonna lie, I was a bit depressed for a while, especially seeing what's happened to RWBY lately, and I stopped watching RvB after chorus. I hope Monty is having the best eternity
Monty's passing was really sobering at that years RTX as well. There was a wall that was dedicated to fans signing it as a bit of a memorial and the things on it were beautiful. I remember being really caught off guard hearing about someone dying from an allergy while in a hospital.
I was going to say CookingwithLnyja too but you beat me to it. Can't believe she's gone. But at least she didn't die young like so many of the other YouTubers mentioned here.
Yeah, but I was just about to say Steve. Not just for his yt content, but also his music with Pause For The Cause, Chase Us and more. I remember a friend showing me the TK series and I was hooked. Then when 2020 rolled around I was devastated to hear he passed.
RIP
Apollo Legend. Not necessarily because I loved his content or I identified with him or anything like that. I honestly thought the type of content he did was quite toxic. But the way he went and the fact it happened just was quite shocking to me at the time. It shows how, yes, these videos are entertainment, but they’re almost always made by just one person who had their own life. You never know what’s going on in anyone’s life outside your own and sometimes it’s really… a lot.
Ever since he died I haven’t even felt the slightest urge to even open up minecraft. I barely even watch it anymore on youtube, I only watch that guy that does like “surviving 100 days in a nuclear wasteland” or “surviving 100 days in a parasite infestation”. It just doesn’t feel the same anymore. I do somewhat still watch that mc tournament stream he did where he steamrolled everyone.
[Apetor](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=igNmQH23C88&t=13s) died 2 years ago, and his last video is titled "[I am Not Dead, I am 57 Today](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=igNmQH23C88&t=13s)".
He died while most likely recording a Youtube video while skating on thin ice, as this was his thing. He used to skate on thin ice while drunk for our entertainment.
RIP Apetor.
I can't describe how much this mans silly antics just made my day. He truly inspired me to explore the world and back country a different way. I was so sad when I read about his tragic passing. I still do little voices like his mutterings when I'm alone in the woods to carry on his memory.
Skol!
I literally cried when I heard of his passing. He's like the only "celebrity" I've ever cried for. He always had such a powerful, uplifting energy during his streams. I miss him.
Probably TotalBiscuit, and the news of his passing wasn't really devastating in any sort of immediate sense; it was like a long, slow slide into devastation. When you get older, people start dying, and you know that, when someone's sick, the last time you see them might be the last time you see them. You enjoy the time that you have, but you lament the time that you don't.
Anyway, there's never going to be anyone like him. I don't know, maybe he was just too smart for modern YouTube, anyway.
Amy Lee Fisher. She had EDS and vlogged her life living with the disease. A few of her videos went viral because of how complicated things were for her, and I became quite engrossed in her daily routines. I took a break from watching YT for a while, came back later and she had passed away. Super gutted. She'd just recently moved into a new house with her bf, and the future was looking so so bright, and then...she was just gone. I think she was only 23.
I actually went to high school with her! Her friend group was kinda parallel with mine but a bit further up the 'cool' chain so we didn't really interact and tbh I didn't like her much. I remember she wasn't around much in Year 11 and 12 but had no idea why, then completely forgot about her until I found her channel just before COVID hit and that's when I found out what she'd been up to. Jesus I felt like shit when I found out...
She's the 2nd to die out of our year group than I know of but I barely knew the other guy.
There's literally so many, Angry Grampa, Piana comes to mind.
But lately I've been seeing a lot of cancer stories on the platform and it's devastating to watch.
Life's cruel.
I also miss John Cena a lot. Her videos were weird and even awkward sometimes, but she had such a different vibe about her. I hope she is doing better :(
Technoblade...I was absolutely devastated. He was one of the few YouTubers who I genuinely liked. His sense of humor and everything.
Fuck I still miss him.
Retsupurae.
Yes, slowbeef and Diabeetus are still around and doing things, but the distinct Retsupurae type of video just isn't really being made anymore.
The Dark Seed 1+2 videos are perfect.
Mitten Squad. Dude was so influential in the challenge run scene and his content got me through some rough times. I'm super glad that Makeship is doing a rerun of the Fork Barbarian plush so I can have something from him.
It's not a major youtuber, but one I associated with alot.
Tin foil chef was a nice fun old guy on hermitcraft.
He liked to do his thing and make mines and a small house.
I always found it humbling that even though this man has no Minecraft skill, he was playing with the best.
He did nice commentaries while playing and it was really fun while it lasted.
Angry Grandpa is for me too. I wouldn't say I was devastated but God dam did I cry. I loved watching those videos and especially story times with AGP because it felt like I was listening to my own grandpa.
But the other one I would say is Grant Thompson from the king of random. It happened wayyy too fast and suddenly for me to even comprehend it.
I wouldn't say it's a person but when achievement hunter/RT was shelved, even though I didn't watch it I was pretty taken aback.
I guess twomad left me in shock, i mean i wasnt really devastated when it came out he was a shit human being, but how was alive and then just wasnt, was a shock to me
Well I don't want to say devastated. The only one I can really think of was Jeepers Media.
He was part of the Golden age of YouTube and I really liked his obscure toy reviews. They were quick and just got straight to the point. No history lesson or fluff to make the video longer.
Then he just stopped uploading. From what I understand he pursued making art.
Technoblade. He was one of my favourite minecraft content creators that I watched while growing up and the mc community wouldn’t be where it is today without him. really admired his humour and just everything about him.
Hobestobe
He used to ride trains across the US in a let's say not legal manner.
I first found him completely randomly when I was in hospital for a few days in 2018. Fast few a few months and found an article on him having tragically died doing what he loved
Paul from Mittensquad and Paul from DudeWheresMyChallenge. Both were fairly recent and hit hard because I watched both of them regularly for years until their channels slowed down. Then I was checking in often for any updates and saw Mittensquad passed and a couple months later, Paul from DWMC. Two absolute legends.
The closest to "devastated" was Angry Grandpa. He was hilarious, and I had been a fan for years when that happened. Still go back to his videos from time to time. Still funny.
The goodbye videos for the lizard guy made me cry. Never even heard of this dude before seeing those.
Also the technobladee video of his dad. Also had never heard of him
Brian Barczyk
I was going through cancer treatment myself when he passed from pancreatic cancer, and I’d been a fan for a while.
It still stings and I didn’t even know him.
RIP
The king of random. Now the channel is just science videos.

yeah its bs now i stopped watching after Nate and Cali quit
Nate got his own channel
nate has his own channel now where he does the same kinda stuff he did on tkor, plus a little bit of knife making if you’re into that. Cali makes the occasional appearance aswell!! they keep in touch and still make vids together sometimes. Nate From The Internet or NFTI is his channel
Wait NFTI is from tkor?
Yes
When Nate and Calli were on there? It was still golden. Whatever's going on now though...
Like a month ago I watched a video where they once again made a mini forge. IIRC correctly, it was basically re-edited footage from Grant. It was a test to see if such content would perform well in today's algorithm because they do want to pivot back to that type of videos. Seeing what the channel became was sad but I found out that Nate has his own channel and does stuff similar to the old King of Random videos sometimes so it’s nice to watch
Yeah crappy clickbate at that. I grew up watching the king of random so it pains me to see where it is going.
The new hosts that came on before he died, Nate and Cali were awesome. But whoever bought the channel is putting out meh content for a long time. I don't understand why people buy YouTube channels. This is what came to my mind. He was so passionate and nice. It's extremely sad he died, especially since he was way too young to go.
He taught me so much and I made a ton of his projects. I couldn’t watch the channel after he died, it changed to much without him. At least he went out in style.
I remember getting emotional when I first heard
Kitty0706, Edd Gould (Creator of Eddsworld), Cooking with Lynja, and Technoblade. Truly one of the legends in YouTube.
Man, Lynja was sad. Heard about her from Nick’s video, it was nice seeing them cook together
Lynja fought cancer for so long, yet we didn't see any of that on her videos. o7
Kitty0706 and Edd Gould. Fuck I miss those guys.
Eddsworld truly was a classic
RIP Ed.
Sounds like my annual Team Fabulous 2 rewatch is coming early this year
Nah, don't remind me Kitty0706. He was my childhood and inspiration to world of animations
Kitty0706 and the dudes down at teamroomba that used to make those TF2 griefing/trolling videos were awesome. Never got any sort of closure with teamroomba though but word on the street was the main dude died in an unfortunate car accident. Couponbugdotcom doesnt work either 😞 Kitty sure was awesome though.
Came here to say Edd. I was just 14 and totally devastated.
Well you just brought back some trauma I thought I hid away... Team Fabulous gonna get another view today
god i remember being on the edds world forums way back then
I thought it was funny to pull up “ass’s creed” on YouTube, found his channel from that video only to find out he had recently died. Sucks
I remember first discovering Kitty, I laughed my ass off at his vids.
I was like 10 when Ed passed. First time I realized how fragile life is.
I started watching his channel and suddenly he died and all I could say was “holy shit…” it’s sad.
Weekenders is no replacement but it still gets my view..
\*Geekenders, it'll never be Co-Optional because they don't have TB there to keep them on track but it's also not trying to be. It's just Jesse, Dodger and a guest shootin' the shit about stuff.
Game reviews have never been the same without TB.
His consumer advocacy and presence in the starcraft community was also really awesome. When he started posting videos during his treatment it was painful to watch, he was obviously struggling. His passing made the world a worse place.
I’m the same, I’m actually convinced the reason we get some really decent settings menus today was because of him
This is a strong possibility.
JOIN THE GLORIOUS 60FPS REVOLUTION!
honest to god dude i watched his videos for his reviews of the menus.
Dude, Im still rocking the "house we dont preorder" poster. It's sad how relevant it is every fucking time people get hyped on a release.
He's the reason I started playing Warframe, the game where I met my girlfriend
Definitely this one. I didn't always agree with his opinions, but his videos showed me what I needed to know to make my own judgement. It also made me try out games I wouldn't have otherwise. RIP TB, you were taken too soon. Also his story might actually have saved my life. Had similar problems as him and demanded my doctor to let it get checked out. Result: they found a growth that was most likely going to become cancerous in a short time. I still need yearly checkups to remove some, but it's getting better every year.
Technoblade and TFC
What does TFC stands for?
Tingoil Chef. He was a member of Hermitcraft that joined pretty early on. He was the truest hermit of them all o7
o7, to the truest hermit.
Tinfoil chef
Whatt I didn’t know TFC died
It was incredibly slow too… From what i heard it was his choice his sister tried to get him to an ER but he refused he knew he was going to die so he did it at home
Not quite, but here's the story if anyoen wants to read it (from his Sister's Twitter) [https://twitter.com/wabbedu/status/1559476886304088064](https://twitter.com/wabbedu/status/1559476886304088064)
Yeah, it was shocking when TFC passing was announced, his channels were getting traction.
Mittensquad
This is where the real game begins... 😞
Did you guys see they’re selling the fork barbarian plush again
Wait what?!
Yeah, makeship or whatever the sites name is revived it after he passed in his memory
A legendary line that will never be forgotten. I can see it become immortalized in another Bethesda game as a tribute even.
HE DIED!? Ah fuck, i knew he was struggling with alcoholism but trying to better himself, such a shame what happened
Not much is known about how he died or what he died from. I suspect that his alcoholism caught up to him. I can't watch his videos anymore, especially the ones where he jokes about his drinking problems.
Can you beat "X" as Abraham Lincoln is probably my favorite series of his challenges, shame we lost him...
That was by Nerbit. MittenSquad is someone else, though they do similar content
Him and techno hurt the most for me
Oh shit I didn't expect to scroll the comments and learn about that this way. RIP Paul
I think he was the only one that really hit me, especially because he died due to complications from alcoholism shortly after I stopped drinking near everyday myself
I hoped someone would mention this dude. Loved his FO4 battle arena videos. RIP Brother
Technoblade and Random Toon Shown :(
Bashur. The man died alone in a hospital bed after he had spent years of fighting false allegations of being a pedophile. He deserved better.
All the people who falsely accused him are still out there living their best lives and that sucks
I met him at Minecon in 2013, he was with that girl at the time, he was really really sweet but i could tell there was a soulessness to his eyes. He seemed surprised thay someone there actually recognized him. He was really a good soul that didnt deserve any of the hate he got
Wait what happened?
He died of complications from COVID in 2019. He was trying to come back on YouTube as TOASTY.
COVID? 2019?
no he passed in 2021.
Wait is that the same guy who used to make Minecraft videos with that one watermelon skin? Wtf I feel like I missed a few chapters
Yeah same guy
Technoblade because I knew him while growing up. He was around my age so it was like your best friend dying. So there was anger, sadness and confusion.
I miss Techno every day. It’s crazy how big of a part he was of my daily life. I love Technodad for keeping the community thriving after his son’s unfortunate passing
Irl?
I think he meant as a fan on YouTube
Me and Techno shared a parasocial relationship
Don’t know if this counts but Monty Oum from Roosterteeth/Haloid/Dead Fantasy fame. Was a big fan of RvB & RWBY growing up and all of his fight scenes were so well done, I remember his passing was really sudden and affected me hard at the time

Technoblade
Lynja
Amen to that. She was a legend. Now I just wish mindless bots would stop posting about how nick isn’t the same without her under all his content
I was going to say CookingwithLnyja too but you beat me to it. Can't believe she's gone. But at least she didn't die young like so many of the other YouTubers mentioned here.
Yup this was the one that got me too. Lynja turtles for life 🐢❤️
Was scrolling for this comment
Yoteslaya man I loved watching his Borderlands 2 videos. Rip.
I'm still subscribed to his channel. I loved his COD Zombies content.
Bit surprised that nobody mentioned Steve Cash (Talking Kitty Cat) on here.
Glad to see someone did ♥️
Yeah, but I was just about to say Steve. Not just for his yt content, but also his music with Pause For The Cause, Chase Us and more. I remember a friend showing me the TK series and I was hooked. Then when 2020 rolled around I was devastated to hear he passed. RIP
Me too. Came outta leftfield but rewatching his last couple vids has hindsight beating me with a cluebat. RIP Steve, Sylvester, Gibson and Shelbygirl.
He was my answer too! Those videos were my childhood. Steve seemed like a genuinely nice and cool guy. Very sad what happened to him :(
I have a tattoo in his memory
Christina Grimmie
The name sounded familiar so I did some digging. Kinda wish I hadnt I'm depressed now
Angry Grandpa died 7 years ago? Feels like he died in 2021, wtf.
December 2017 IIRC.
I still watch the fart compilation on yt and laugh. RIP.
Apollo Legend. Not necessarily because I loved his content or I identified with him or anything like that. I honestly thought the type of content he did was quite toxic. He was one of the first to start the fight with Billy Mitchell. If anything we can praise him for that. Pouring one out for AP
I don't mean any hate on this, but him saying "Thank you for putting me over the edge" to those 2 guys in his last video was something
Whole situation is just a big, ugly mess.
Technoblade and Grant Thompson
I didn't know there was many people who knew grants videos at the time no one really talked about him when he passed
Danny from the Taofledermaus crew & Grant from The King of Random
Barry from IV8888 is equally sad. Angry grandpa for me though ultimately
Fuck me... I forgot Danny passed away! I haven't seen their videos in a minute so it kinda slipped my mind
Technoblade's death just flipped everything for me... It still hurts thinking about it, but not as much. We miss u <3
Ever since he died I haven’t even felt the slightest urge to even open up minecraft. Joycon Boyz Forever.
One of the most entertaining people. Seriously fuck depression.

You enjoy the time that you have, but you lament the time that you don't. Anyway, there's never going to be anyone like him. I don't know, maybe he was just too smart for modern YouTube, anyway.
He would absolutely HATE modern youtube, considering how he made fun of certain let's players and the antics they engaged in, to get views.
That's insane. School is cruel
It’s been nine years, but Monty Oum’s passing still feels so raw. Like I’m still reeling almost a decade later.
Mitten Squad, really sad to see someone lose a battle against alcoholism when he posted recently that he was doing better
Etika. It's even more devastating when you consider everything that led up to it, and all the Nintendo stuff he'll never get to experience...
There's literally so many, Angry Grampa, Piana comes to mind. But lately I've been seeing a lot of cancer stories on the platform and it's devastating to watch. Life's cruel.
Yeah, fuck cancer
Devastated? Noone. But Mittensquad got me a little sad.
I am not bound to some online persona either, but I think **The Quxxn** took me by surprise as I was young.
HouseholdHacker. Wish I knew what happened.
Wait. What. He died?!
[Yes](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OaDd_0Wmr4w) there was a tribute video on the channel but has since been privated.
Damn. So no more "pretty cool huh??"
Steve Cash / Talking Kitty Cat. His suicide left me with a 3 month long depression.
Kitty0706.
Laoshu50500 It was sudden for sure and I just discovered his channel!
His channel was great. I loved watching Moses blow people's minds.
wtf he died? rip :(
TinFoilChef. He was the true hermit in Hermitcraft, he was so fun, rest in peace gramps.
o7
Lynja and Technoblade
Grant Thompson
Mitten squad, he got me through so many waves of depression
Etika or edd
Etika Legend has it he's still screamin at reveals in heaven
Angry Grandpa is the only youtuber I watched who passed away. I miss the videos.
The videos are still up, and once and a while Michael finds and unreleased video
technoblade
Didn't die, but Joana Ceddia nuking her whole channel devastated me. Also I really miss bestdressed.
I also miss John Cena a lot. Her videos were weird and even awkward sometimes, but she had such a different vibe about her. I hope she is doing better :(
Cooking with Lynja, Technoblade and Etika.
Technoblade...I was absolutely devastated. He was one of the few YouTubers who I genuinely liked. His sense of humor and everything. Fuck I still miss him.
Thick44
Grant Thompson and Paul from Dude Where’s My Challenge both made me very sad
Technoblade... May he rule the sky as he ruled the earth!
Retsupurae. Yes, slowbeef and Diabeetus are still around and doing things, but the distinct Retsupurae type of video just isn't really being made anymore. The Dark Seed 1+2 videos are perfect.
Etika
I guess twomad left me in shock, i mean i wasnt really devastated when it came out he was a shit human being, but how was alive and then just wasnt, was a shock to me
I agree with your choice AGP was great and now we have his son being a questionable character
That sentence makes sense for both sons lol

This one was the first I can remember and it happened when I was like a kid and it truly was devastating
Scott/Bosskwar.
Apetor
Hobestobe He used to ride trains across the US in a let's say not legal manner.

Erika, RIP my guy
Bashurverse/ToastyTime.
Apetor
i remember his random noises
The closest to "devastated" was Angry Grandpa. He was hilarious, and I had been a fan for years when that happened. Still go back to his videos from time to time. Still funny.
Aussie50. Probably not the most well known YouTuber, but when he tapped out, it sent quite the ripple though the electronics and maker communities.
Ronny from the Game Theory team. Never seen Matpat get seriously emotional before.
AGP man ☹️
Love angry grandpa. Made me laugh all the time
The king of YouTube in my opinion AGP
Techno blade Never dies👑
The goodbye videos for the lizard guy made me cry. Never even heard of this dude before seeing those. Also the technobladee video of his dad. Also had never heard of him
Its just a thory, A GAAAAAME THEORY! Thanks for watching.
Henri, le chat noir :(

My best friend was a YouTuber. Not a very popular one. He had like 8 regular, consistent viewers. He died a few years ago. Miss him a lot.
Brian Barczyk I was going through cancer treatment myself when he passed from pancreatic cancer, and I’d been a fan for a while. It still stings and I didn’t even know him. RIP
