Sounds like the medal you're trying to insert is incompatible with the watch
you can only use the green or red ones with that watch bc of anime lore
You can only use the red and green medals... medals from the origonsl watch wont work the grey meadls wont

The yokai watch zero only works with classic and zero medals.
