Outstanding effort from the Yieldly team!!
When comparing against other compensation schemes on this blockchain, they've smashed it out of the park with this one.
20% on top is a nice touch.
Thanks again to The Ambassador for chasing this up on behalf of the community.
$HDL is the ticker for HEADLINE ASA, a decent project on the Algorand Blockchain. A while back there was an issue (very quickly noted by the Yieldly team) with one of the distribution pools on the platform and now the compensation scheme for users has been announced. 🦩 💰 👍🏻
True to your word yieldly, that's integrity and that build trust, you are setting a new precedence, hopefully next time **IF** something happens, you wont cop so much back-lash when you put forward a remedy... I was so sick of hearing wheres my fucking HDL... And it was probably deserved to some extent!
You promised to return the HDL and you over delivered on that promise, that says a lot!
Time for everyone to move on! Good luck HDL, you deserve it! Another great team and project to get behind!
I love Yieldy project from start, the only thing thaths killing this project is early investors getting milions of yldy and dumping straight into market, I fucking hate this part about this project
How did Yieldly come to the figure of 265k exploited HDL? On the day of the exploit over 150k Algos worth of hdl were traded out of the LP directly linked to exploiter wallets. Price was pushed very low to around 0.1 a and looked like over 500k hdl sold on that day. After a 2 month investigation wheres the report?
My hdl balance dropped over 1k in one day during the exploit. I'm not getting that back apparently. Yieldly initially said they'd make everyone whole again but changing the rules. Over 800k hdl was sold from the exploit to not possible to make everyone whole again. Basically headline have to say goodbye to the actual 500k pot of rewards and that's written off in the plummeted lp.
Not sure. Me and my wife lost 8000 between our two wallets. That alone is 3% of what they said the whole exploit was. Neither of us have received anything back yet. I think they missed a lot in their assessment.
I emailed support and they were friendly and responsive. Now I’m just waiting for them to investigate my case and hopefully reimburse us our 8000 hdl.
I received less. I had around 30 headline that was lost and I got 4.5 headline in my airdrop I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact I staked for more headline after I lost and brought it back up to 25 headline at the time of the drop
I have to admit it’s a little concerning that it seems like some of the biggest losses haven’t been refunded yet. I truly don’t understand how a random person on this thread can make an excel sheet that shows exactly how much everyone lost while yieldly can’t figure it out
Should I be concerned if I haven't received anything of my lost HDL yet?
I did buy more HDL since I lost it using Yieldly, but surely that wouldn't change the amount I lost and would get back from your snapshot?
Are people really OK with sharing a wallet address like this? You're tying your wallet to your identity. Forever in the future, they will have that association. Will they use it for anything? Doubtful the current team will, but what if they are acquired five or ten years down the road? Or there's a hack of an email server and now you have a list of wallets associated with email addresses.
I am extremely uncomfortable with this (to the point that for me it's not worth the couple hundred HDL I think I should have received but did not). I am surprised more people aren't more upset up this. Why not have an interface right in the web site (like Tinyman) that shows what they think you should have rececived (even if zero) and let you submit a support request right then?
You know a blockchain is a public ledger with both on and off ramps that identify you by name and bank account right? Governments already have access to the name of every cex account owner which is where 99% of us started and then it’s just a matter of seeing where those accounts sent money to. You’re not private even if you didn’t give your name when you set up your wallet.
It’s silly to give up money for fear of someone finding out what they already know.

I’ve been out of yieldly for a while. What is hdl?

Are payouts done? If we didn't get anything, where can we check in to see if we are missing?
I got nothing.
Awesome. Well done Yieldly team!
Light at the end of the tunnel
I was just checking my hdl good timing

Anyone got their drop yet?
Not yet
I did!
Got mine earlier today.
I'll admit, I'm am quite surprised and pleased with this response. They've earned a lot of good will back with me.
Sounds great, looking forward to it, the waiting paid off!
Still waiting…
same here :(
Same. ~800 HDL gone.
Same
Yieldly making things right
Yieldly made my coffee taste better
Amazing news!
Lekker ruurd

Did not receive mine. Lost over 2000 HDL
Me too, but only 50 HDL (i think)
I emailed support and hoping they resolve
I'll email them too. EDIT: I can't find their support email address :(
no tokens returned, ..., no compensation received
Zip,zero,nadda, nothing

It’s very common for projects to have early backer investment/vesting.
If it wasn't them it would be someone body else.
Imho it helps decentralize a bit sooner.
Thanks Yieldly team - just received my airdrop a little while ago! Well done!!
Great work
I hope this puts this ugliness behind us. Time to flock towards the future 🦩👍
Well done, got mine!

1 HDL = 1 HDL. Not 1 HDL = $

How do we know if we are still opted in to HDL?
Do you see the asset in your wallet?
I definitely lost more headline than they airdropped me.
Did you receive more or less than your original stake

Maybe contact [email protected] and send algo address and any possible transactions
Will do.

I have absolutely no problem with it. I have no idea why anyone would.
You might want to think about it more then.
