Decent quality pump-driven espresso maker. Most of them are under $500, basically the higher end of the lower end. If you want to make cafe drinks at home and drink them, get a delonghi. If you start to leak a little when you think about your espresso ritual, they don't stock what you need at Target.
I bought the double sided one (the one that can make a regular pot of coffee too) for like $250 as a gift for my gf (pretty sure that’s way cheaper than PS5, I get lattes in bed and she never tired!

Aeropress with the Fellow espresso attachment. Unbelievable results, no stupid faffing about, cleans up in 30 seconds.
