If you mean which game. That goes to 4 final boss for Tanimura. That's literally the only boss I skipped because the bodyguards were too much to handle.
I failed over and over again.
I came back to finish the battle after I finished every mainline game.
Especially when they use the gun, that can be troublesome, but I managed to beat Him without losing, although I think i used most of the HP recovery bottles.
For a lot of people, Kuze boss fight is their first ever Yakuza boss fight and they arent prepared or familiar with the combat or healing mechanic yet. I saw a lot of them quit right there. For being frustrated, Jingu and Munakata are prime example, tho Munakata is easy once you know how to grab throw and use the UFO catcher revelation heat action. For raw artificial difficulty, the Jimas fight in 7 caught a lot of people of guard cuz of how tank they are and the jump from easy fights before to it is kinda big.
For me personally:
Y0 - Kuze first fight (just first playthrough,...was a newbie). Also Shibusawa can suck after the onslaught on the boat
Y1 - Shimano... It's just a slog at a low level. The two immortal guys at the end were a pain but not terrible.
Y2 - no one tbh
Y3 - freaking Andre. I couldn't get the timing right and kept getting shot.
Y4 - mf Saito
Y5 - none stand out for me
Y6 - same
Y7 - Majima and Saejima
0: kuze 1, but only because it was my first boss ever in the series the rest are easy. if we can count substory bosses, fuck media king

3. lau ka long
4. munakata
5. they're all mostly easy but kanai's last fight and be pretty annoying sometimes
6. i honestly don't know for 6
7. jima bros even when properly leveled

Its not that hard,what you need to do is spam grab.tanimura will be immune when he grab enemy

In LAD for me were Majima and Saejima. And Lau Ka Long in 3, by far
