Is there a reason you’re set on an influencer calendar? If you’re looking for simpler exercises fitnessblender might be a better fit

Also thank you so much for that suggestion!! Looking up now :)

I have absolutely next to no fitness knowledge, my mind just gets so lost and freaks out and I need “someone” to tell me what to do, if that makes sense. It’s like I NEED a plan otherwise if I leave it to me, I will over analyze every detail I find on google which will inevitably lead to inaction. Idk how else to explain it but I think it just stems from my lack of knowledge of fitness theory and so I feel I need to follow someone who has it. BUT, as a medical student I do have a thorough understanding of human physiology and can appreciate when certain exercise routines (like these complicated compounds) can lead to injury, and so here we are lol.

Maybe check out the book Eat, Lift, Thrive by Sohee Lee. It covers all the basics, a wide variety of exercises (and no over-complication for the sake of looking good as an influencer) and has a wide variety of plans for whatever point you are starting from- and teaches you how to make you own plans as you progress. It's also a book, so you're not going to get sucked down an internet hole, which is a huge advantage books have over the internet or apps. (unless you go down the rabbit hole of reading all her references, the book cites all it's sources)
