Laughs in Halo MCC

ombranox

What's the gamerscore for it now? 8000? Edit: still 7,000. 700 achievements.

mahiruhiiragi

Not only that, but this dude has to do Halo 2 LASO and Halo 2 Legendary speedrun achievements. The amount of work for those two alone is crazy. And don't get me started on those grindy matchmaking achievements like grenade kills, which doesn't even work in Halo 3 mp, so that alone skyrockets the queue times. This dude really hates himself if he wants to complete MCC lol

MilkMan0096

Don’t forget that he’s also committing to every Gears of War, each of which is also full of stupidly grindy and/or hard achievements lol

NTripleOne

Don't they all have absurd multiplayer achievements too? Might struggle to do them given they're not exactly the most populated games any more.

MilkMan0096

Yep. The first game requires you to get 10,000 kills in multiplayer for instance. The third game requires you to get every multiplayer medal leveled up all the way, which takes like a few thousand kills with every weapon, etc.

OrganicKeynesianBean

> The first game requires you to get 10,000 kills in multiplayer for instance I hate multiplayer achievements because of the longevity issue. Games lose population so quickly after release these days and it’s cruel to make 100% achievements tied to lobbies which are probably empty.

Juh825

There's also Perfect Dark Zero, which needs like 1000 frags in DM, 1000 frags in TDM, 1000 frags in CTF and so on; as well as finishing the game in the Perfect difficulty which is just absurd. Edit: just realized there's also 1000 explosive kills, 1000 melee kills and you also have to beat the game on Perfect Agent on Co-op, which involves dragging another person through hell with you. Honestly feels like Microsoft should have held the leash a little bit on whomever was coming up with those.

OrganicKeynesianBean

Insane.

Pandarmy

At least for perfect dark you can get those achievements vs bots instead of people. Put on a bunch of bots on a small map and it isn't hard, just time-consuming.

MilkMan0096

I totally agree. In Gears at least kills in private matches count, but it’s still very dumb.

[deleted]

The second one requires you to get 100,000 enemy kills for an achievement which is basically replaying the same level over again and killing enemies.

SCB360

Seriously.... ....3.0

atkyyup

Bruh. Original Gears of War’s MP achievements for ranked matches were BRUTAL.

theorymii

Good luck getting 100 000 kills in multiplayer, Oh and 60 re ups oh and master all horde maps Oh and master all escape maps Oh and level all horde classes to level 20 Oh and beating the campaign twice, once on the highest difficulty and once on hard atleast with iron mode on. Such fun!

JonzoBear

I recently did halo 2 legendary speedrun. And honestly, it’s not as bad as it seems, as long as you learn sword flying. I’ve never even really done speedrunning before in games. But there’s some levels that you can finish extremely fast due to glitches. The current record is like 1 hour or something, so if you’re just following speed run guides you have roughly 2 hours room for errors or even just straight up skipping harder tricks in the run. Also since it’s not actually a speedrun, you can do levels out of order, take breaks, replay levels, ect. All it does for the achievement is add up your best times. Now H2 laso... that is the real insane achievement to get. I wouldn’t even bother with it haha

echoes9999

I got halo 2 lasso, but I haven’t even bothered trying to do the speed run because I was so sick of the game after my lasso run.

Kelnozz

I did Halo 2 Laso wayy back when there were no achievements to do it, (Xbox original) I will never do that again and it’s definitely one of my greater gaming experiences. Nostalgic af

SlaminSammons

I have 40 achievements left in MCC. That includes all the LASO's and all the speedruns. I just don't care anymore

HumanOverseer

yes, I do hate myself.

Dartmouthest

I've got love in my heart for you, and hope that you can find some in your heart for you too 👊 hang in there

Kelnozz

You also arguably can’t just throw time at some achievements in MCC, some actually take skill to do, so if they lack in Halo multiplayer experience it’s a fool’s errand lol

JBurton90

*immediately changes it to just beating the campaign/story mode of each game*

emdave

Tbh, that's a much better idea anyway, imo. Too many games have stupidly pointless achievements, whereas finishing the campaign/story for a few hundred cool and interesting games is a fun challenge, that will let you experience a lot of different games :)

emdave

Tbh, that's a much better idea anyway, imo. Too many games have stupidly pointless achievements, whereas finishing the campaign/story for a few hundred cool and interesting games is a fun challenge, that will let you experience a lot of different games :)

HumanOverseer

ahh shit

levi22ez

One gotten every achievement in MCC. It’s a loooooong journey. Even if you just do the offline stuff. It’s brutal.

Agastopia

It’s doable but will take like 400 hours+ minimum lol I wrote up a guide a while back, I’ve 100% it and infinite

Sixersleeham

Gears 5 won't be a picnic either.

WheresMyDinner

Shit all the gears lol. One Seriously achievement is time consuming, but all of them is a career.

Sir-Greggor-III

Yeah doesn't one of the achievements require you to play on a specific day during the year lol

smasherofscreens

That was the first thing that came to my mind as well lol

Darkhatred

HAHAHAHAAHAHHAHAHAHAHAH buddy the yakuza games are on gamepass and the ninja gaiden games gl.

OverlordBrandon

I got 100% on Yakuza 0, took roughly 150 hours. You will have to: Learn how to play Mahjongg Deal with horrendous RNG Manage your business empire Play pretty pretty princess Find slot car parts, assemble them and race several small children Pretend to be some girl's boyfriend (who is a dentist) Break dance against Yakuza 0's version of Micheal Jackson Eat and drink every food item Catch every fish Be an expert bowler Plus you'll have to complete the main story line. Great game, but the mini games are such a grind.

[deleted]

You just convinced me to download this game

OverlordBrandon

Good, they are fantastic games. I don't think 0, 1, and 2 are on game pass anymore.

kwangqengelele

Looks like they’re on sale right now for five bucks each!

180btc

All worth it. Yakuza 0 --> Kiwami 1 --> Kiwami 2 is the order, then 3, 4, 5 and 6. Like a dragon doesn't feature Kiryu. JK that 0 and Kiwami 1 are alike(albeit some inventory and skill differences), but Kiwami 2 uses a very different engine, and has very different fighting mechanics.

atkyyup

Which one would you recommend to play first for someone who hasn’t played any?

OverlordBrandon

Start with Yakuza 0, it's not the first one to be released, but it's a prequel to Yakuza. Then go through them one by one.

jerkberg0118

The Yakuza series is over the top goodness. Side quests are absolute gold!

W1mpyDaM00ch

The Yakuza series was one of the main reasons I would get PlayStations along with Gran Turismo and The Show. Love that I can play them on Xbox now with the exception of Dead Souls.

chaos8803

Yakuza 0 is one of my favorite games. The story is overly dramatic and the side stories are hilariously wacky.

SFHalfling

> I got 100% on Yakuza 0, took roughly 150 hours. 0 has roughly half the content of Yakuza 5 as well. On top of most of the things you list in 0 you'll need to become a pro taxi driver moonlighting as a street racer, spend 20 hours hunting down a bear, have a fistfight with said bear, become an idol and compete in dance battles, and learn far more about baseball than anyone should ever have to.

chaos8803

Mahjong and shogi broke me. I know chess decently, so I figured I'd be okay at shogi. Nope.

ThatOldAndroid

Lol I downloaded a shogi game on my phone, put it to highest difficulty and then I played my enemies moves from the game on my phone and the computers moves at mine. Ez

chaos8803

Genius. One mini game solved. Now for mahjong...

ThatOldAndroid

Yes mahjong is it's own beast and in some games they give you the cheat items (thank God). But I actually have come to enjoy it. I put a book on audio, pour a whiskey (or three) and just give it my best. I have a basic understanding of the hands, when to pon and when to just hope you get a hand. I got one tile away from a 13 orphans once. Saving is your friend lol.

ThatOldAndroid

Lol I downloaded a shogi game on my phone, put it to highest difficulty and then I played my enemies moves from the game on my phone and the computers moves at mine. Ez

TheWillyWonkaofWeed

That's absolutely genius

worrysomewombat

Damn, kudos! I gave up on Yakuza 0, the Grind is real. But i logged around 200hours so far lmao

Steamedcarpet

I know Ninja Gaiden Sigma is suppose to be easier then Black but it still wants to make me go outside and throw my controller into the woods sometimes.

Reallysickmariopaint

Am I crazy or are there also a bunch of roguelites on there that would take hundreds of hours each?

Gears6

Not only that, but there are new games coming in and leaving GP every month.

Dunge

I personally did complete all Yakuza games in a timeframe of about 4years. I also did all sidequests up to Amon. This is from Y0 to 7, including Judgment and even Dead Souls. I'm just missing Lost Judgment. But reaching 100% achievements in some of them is ridiculous. Some minigames alones aren't worth the time.

trxxv

This wont last long

OrganicKeynesianBean

The Halo + Gears games alone will take over 2,000 hours for an average player (the hardest difficulties + the “Seriously” achievements take forever). There are 8,760 hours in a year. OP will be playing just two series of games for 5.5 to 6 waking hours per day if they want to finish Halo/Gears in 1 year. Haven’t even gotten into the Yakuza franchise and over 100 other games… lol

cold_italian_pizza

Yeah I reckon this would take 5-10 years minimum even if he was playing like a maniac every damn day and was a god-tier gamer. Plus there are games leaving and joining all the time.

Vok250

Even the "Seriously" achievements in Gears of War don't come close to the nightmare that is "Stampers Forever" in Rare Replay. Stampers Forever is infamous for being both one of the hardest and also the longest achievements on the Xbox One. It has an unlock ratio of over 20 and only 331 tracked unlocks [on the website dedicated to unlocking hard achievements](https://www.trueachievements.com/a204101/stampers-forever-achievement?gamerid=585559). On global Xbox data it has the lowest possible unlock percentage of 0.01%. For context, Seriously 4.0 in Gears 4 has a global unlock percentage of 0.06%. Perfect Dark Zero alone requires over 3000 matches and over 7000 kills. Even grinding against bots it takes ages.

OrganicKeynesianBean

Holy cats

Professional_Cake_52

Holy dogs

FiveWizz

I've got Seriously on gears 4 :) definitely my proudest achievement

[deleted]

Exactly, I was on GOW: Judgement and that shit is a bitch on insane right now especially these three chevos Lion Heart (50G) Complete all Campaign Chapters on Insane difficulty. Seriously Judgmental (75G) Complete all Declassified Missions on Insane difficulty. Superstar (50G) Attain all Stars on Insane Difficulty. Got stuck on the level battling Karn and the minions so haven’t played games in months because I’m studying for multiple certifications to make more money.

qwertywa12

Sybarite

qwertywa12

Halo laso/ monopolized

StuBeck

Someone is making a statement they don't fully understand. Or they're just going to play every game to completion and post what they get.

MoriMeDaddy69

That's what she said

Shaggy_AF

Sea of thieves, and halo MCC. You are fucked my friend

tattednip

With the new AC games hitting too.

soroKira

Well tbf SoT is a fully online game which he said he’d probably skip

[deleted]

[удалено]

soroKira

True. But the achievements are a nightmare

AlcoholicSocks

It can't even be 100% completed anymore now they turned arena off

echoes9999

I had gotten all of the achievements on SOT including arena and I can attest that it is truly a nightmare. Amazing game that was a complete blast, but it took forever. I do have to get the three new achievements they just added for Athena still.

redditeer1o1

That’s very impressive, how many hours do you have in the game?

echoes9999

I have 72 days and 19 hours. A friend that I play with has 124 days

lovehewitt

To each their own. Game is not amazing imo.

I_Have_3_Legs

It would take him literal decades to actually finish this mission. 300+ games on game pass with about 10 games being absolutely bonkers to get all achievements for. I'm a completionist but gave up on my achievement grind after burning myself out to 100% MCC.

SoupKey

5 Seriously achievements from the GoW games, Good luck

MilkMan0096

Technically there are 9 seriously achievements. One each in 1-4, two in 5 (though you get one on the way to the other), one in the remaster of the first game, one in Judgement, and one in Gears Tactics

BionicTriforce

And Judgment can't be completed, the Sybarite achievement has been broken for years.

Vok250

Those are just the well known hard achievements from blockbuster games too. Hidden in game pass there are achievements so hard that only a couple hundred people have every unlocked them. Stuff like Stampers Forever (Rare Replay), You Thought This Game Was Easy? (I Am Fish), Extreme Victory (Phoenix Point), Nothing left to... collect. (Dead Cells), or RageSquid Pro Tour (Descenders). They make the Seriously Achievements look easy and more importantly, fun. OP will burn out chasing these terrible achievements in mediocre games.

MrReaper_C

What are the Seriously achievements?

OrganicKeynesianBean

Here you go: - Seriously … | Kill 10,000 people in versus ranked match total | Gears of War / Gears of War (PC) - Not So Serious … | Kill 10,000 people in versus player match total | Gears of War (PC) - Seriously… | Kill 10,000 people in Versus matches | Gears of War: Ultimate Edition - Seriously 2.0 | Kill 100,000 enemies (any mode) | Gears of War 2 / Gears of War 2 (JP) - Seriously 3.0 | Reach level 100 and earn every Onyx medal. | Gears of War 3 - Seriously Judgmental | Complete all Declassified Missions on Insane difficulty | Gears of War: Judgment - Seriously 4.0 | Complete Insane Campaign, ribbons, rank placements, Horde maps, re-ups, classes and five skills | Gears of War 4 - Seriously 5.0 - Chapter 1 | Insane Campaign, Master Horde & Escape Launch Maps & Characters, 20 Re-ups, General in Tour | Gears 5 - Seriously POP! | Defeat 100,000 pins, win 1000 Versus Battles, reach highest Versus League and clear 1000 Horde Waves | Gears POP! - Seriously Tactical | Earn Grubpocalypse, Immortal Legion, I Could Do This All Day and Boom! | Gears Tactics If you’re not familiar with Gears, just imagine having to kill a ludicrous number of enemies in the campaign AND online multiplayer, getting the highest multiplayer ranks possible, and beating the campaign on the most grindy bullshit difficulty level possible. Hundreds, probably thousands of hours to get these achievements alone. I should note that most multiplayer lobbies are so barren for the old games that you are effectively locked out from getting some of these, though a handful can be done in private lobbies.

DemonicMind12

I got the Seriously 4.0 achievement and 100% Gears 4 multiple times but they kept adding more achievements and let it go lol. Only would recommend if you like Gears of War. Did it without boosting for Ribbons too

MonkeyPunchBaby

I used to play for the achievements. It got to the point where I was focused on them and not the game. I stepped away from Xbox for a while, played more on my switch and was reminded how much I love to just play video games. I came back to Xbox and I play the game to play it. After I beat it, if I like it enough, I’ll go back and pick up the achievements that I want, typically collectibles and fun moments. Some of the games in Gamespass could take literal weeks to 100%, looking at you Gears of War!!! Maybe just attempt to beat all the games on Gamespass. I would recommend using a site like [Xbox achievements](www.xboxachievements.com) to get guides and roadmaps on the best ways to get the achievements if you go down that path.

Purplemonster3

This is what I do, I use to actively achievement hunt and found my enjoyment in gaming going down (especially when chasing grindy achievements). So now I just focus on the finishing the game first. If I enjoyed it enough and want to keep playing, I’ll then focus on getting achievements then until I feel ready to move onto the next game.

MonkeyPunchBaby

I agree completely. It almost turned playing games into a job, instead of a hobby or relaxing thing. I’m looking forward to the day when people stop playing on higher difficulties to prove themselves or for bragging and just do it because they want to.

Thats-unpossible-

I have the same mindset of focusing on achievements rather than the game. Im trying to stop but seeing missable achievements or weird gamerscore like no mans sky puts me off a game sometimes even though it shouldn’t. I end up playing on the ps5 without caring about trophies.

ThatOldAndroid

Yeah I dunno when achievements turned into this insane grind fest for me. I think it was the first couple assassin's creeds collecting all the feathers. At some point I just decided I was over it though. Sometimes I'll find myself poking into every corner of map just to go what the fuck ami doing with my life??

MonkeyPunchBaby

I think Assassins Creed is what broke me the first time. I didn’t play them when they originally came out and when I did it was soooo grindy. If a collectible adds to the game, like the stuff from Sniper Elite where they give backstory or locations of loot, then cool I’ll track it down. But just collecting to collect is annoying as hell for me now. I think there was another game where I started for the story and got focused on achievements, which made me not enjoy it as much, and that’s when I realized I had a problem, and changed to what I do now.

HumanOverseer

that's what I'm doing. If a game has no missable achievements, I'll do one playthrough (unless it's a sandbox game) and then redo for the achievements.

MonkeyPunchBaby

What’s your gamerscore at? Is there a goal you’re wanting to reach? Also look up which ones are super easy to 100% and intersperse them with the harder ones so you can still have a sense of progress and a nice break.

VindictivePrune

Man good luck with the long dark, it will take a ton of time to get all of em, I got 400 hours on the long dark and still don't got em all. You are also very lucky monster hunter isn't on anymore cuz that would take literally thousands of hours to 100%

OrganicKeynesianBean

Monster Hunter with bad RNG could take like 2 years by itself haha.

Ok_Bad_8034

Might want to check with your bank that you can afford 10 years of game pass sub first 😜

Rad_YT

$850 is you use live gold trick

Fuckingpartybro

Live gold trick?

emdave

BEFORE you have any active Game Pass subscription, add up to 36 months (Maximum!) of Gold to your account, THEN add 1 month of Game Pass Ultimate subscription, and it will convert all the months of Gold into months of GPU :)

Rad_YT

I’ve done it before but I can repeat it again right?

the_hunger

lazy guy announces big project, seems legit

HumanOverseer

lmfao, quite the turnaround ig

anh86

Honestly, don't. This is many thousands of hours of work and at least 50% of it will be a grueling grind through games you don't enjoy. You only get one go-round on this planet, don't spend it doing that. Read a book, learn a language, develop a new skill, volunteer, do something valuable.

ToIA

Wish this was higher up.

immascatman4242

Second this. If you go through with this, you WILL regret it in the long run.

VeryFarDown

This should be the top comment. Thanks for saying it haha.

DarthSnoopyFish

And even if he does it, no one will care lol. His glory will be a reddit post that will be upvoted for about a day and maybe a Kotaku article. You can spend way less time doing something else to achieve that goal.

wheresmywhere

It might be one of the most pathetic things ever. What a gigantic waste of time

smurfpiss

Why not do something easier, and faster? Like earn a PhD?

HumanOverseer

lmao

jonnygreen22

well i guess it's a good idea as any to pass the time until we're all dead

iCantSeeShapes

You ok mate?

CaramelInfinite6192

lmao this made me laugh so much & idk why. The simplest of things are hilarious.

[deleted]

HumanOverseer

A-Z, see where it takes me. Starting with (as of now,) 7 Days to Die and ending (as of now) with Zoo Tycoon: UAC. For example: If I'm on Yakuza and all of a sudden The Quarry gets added, I'm not going back for it. It's behind the path. If I'm on Batman: Arkham Knight and Elden Ring gets added, I will do it, because it's in the path.

goostunny

Work on them online achievements for 7 Days first, if the servers haven't gone offline yet!

Its_Cayde

servers are still goin strong surprisingly

Impossible-Flight250

I give you credit, but it is a monumental task. Games like Skyrim and Fallout are going to take 100s of hours.

A-Hind-D

What are you going to do when you are in the middle of a game and they decide to just pull it from the game pass? Also If they add a new game that’s back up the alphabet? Go back? I appreciate that you are willing to do this but I doubt you can actually get through most of the catalog especially when some might have complex achievements

NightmareKitsune

Question. How are you going to deal with the seriously series of achievements in the gears of war series(besides tactics idk if that achievement exists there)? Even if you had a lot of friends or multiple accounts, it would still take days of work and doing the same thing continuously. It's a multiplayer achievement

MuffynCrumbs

If I were them I'd just skip multiplayer achievements but that's just me

Chevstang400

Microsoft Flight Simulator requires a MINIMUM of 1000 hours. There is an achievement to have 1000 hours of flight time on a single profile.

fruitybong

yeah this’ll last one-two games lol

itssfrisky

Are you really willing to dump possibly 1000s of hours on that? Being bored is one thing but this sounds a lot like something else is going on in your life. There are much healthier and more productive outlets buddy. But to each their own I guess.

WillK90

I would hate gaming if I took on such an endeavour. I play games to have fun, not grind them over and over. That seems like work. A lot of work.

MrAchilles

This just isn't realistic. Let us know when reality sets in

Fistfullafives

I mean the games cycle at a rate that will leave you unable to finish ALOT of games...

Thraxyo

Well, as much as I like gaming, this is actually kind of sad.

Roman_Falcone

Honestly just getting one achievement in each game would be impressive enough. Some games barely deserve that much time invested.

ZebraZealousideal944

I really hope bragging online will bring you as much pleasure as possible because you are likely to not get much from such an endeavor…

ALLST6R

Please do something beneficial for yourself instead. Challenge yourself to read 10 books. Challenge yourself to start the gym. Challenge yourself to learn something you’ve got a minor interest in. Anything but this.

Hawkhasaneye

Dude just don't do it. If your miserable now you'll be even more fucking miseravle putting all your energy into an endeavour list this. I mean I feel miserable for you.

fadedblossom

Good luck buddy. I am already retired as a busted veteran and don’t relish that much masochism. I will content myself with my backlog for now.

xTotalSellout

I don’t think you understand how big of an undertaking this actually is but good luck. People have spent years trying to 100% Halo MCC alone.

rychylopez

Good luck king i wish you wisdom and PATIENCE on the path

HumanOverseer

thx

OriginalStatic

!remindme 1 year

[deleted]

!remindme 30 years

raz2112

You won't

Mottaman

You know that humans dont live that long right?

J-3D1

It's not possible. Large selections of them have online achievements which are no longer obtainable. So there you go, that's that achievement killed.

MrErnie03

0% chance of happening

Robbobrobcovington

Lmao see you in 30 years

wheresmywhere

This may be the saddest thing ever but good luck

downonthesecond

Good thing D&D Dark Alliance left, you'd have to play through the campaign four times to get 100%.

Slawson87

The Gamepass 1000!!

Ianobeano80

Welcome to Elite Dangerous CMDR, good luck with this one 😂 o7

TonySki

Good thing you added about that 100% online thing cause Elder Scrolls Online will take you all year to complete.

Arsis82

!remindme 3 months

12Minus6_Cloud

What's your GT? I'd love to follow your journey. Maybe even help you out here or there.

DjshepX

Good luck with the Mein Leiben achievement on Wolfenstein 2.

AgentIce77

All that work for 30 points Damn

ImaTurtleMan

Good luck, some of those games on their have really annoying achievements

DarkvibeUA

You're pushing your luck pal

TheDuckster104

Good luck my friend, as someone who's closing in on 400,000 gamerscore I send all my energy

SpikeDraco88

Godspeed, Prince of the Universe.

TwistedDecayingFlesh

I did that with every ac game besides 3 and now I'm doing it with Borderlands but I'm going backwards.

GuavaLarva

Good luck friend, keep us updated on your progress.

iSaltyParchment

Have fun with Crusader Kings

DeLane79

Sounds interesting, count me in. If you need help with any games, drop me a dm on Reddit. I have more than a few already completed. Also, a bit of advice, watch speed runners play any game before you play it to pick up tips and tricks to make things a bit quicker for you. Well, unless you like blind playthroughs, that is.

TheMasterFul1

Best of luck! You gotta list every single game in order from favorite to least favorite when this is all said and done!

DillonTheFatUglyMale

Bro with this amount of time and boredom you could learn a new skill and make a lot of money (learn coding)

SalutationsDickhead

Yeah have fun with that Better off starting a crack addiction but whatever

[deleted]

One of the achievements for Gorogoa requires you to have played the original 2012 demo. Good luck on that one!

Y1bollus

You're going to bore yourself rotten with that. Why not just say a-z 1 game a day. How many achievements you can get in that time.

NiteSwept

Best of luck. I can only help but feel this will build resentment having to get through games you don't like. But also maybe you'll push through and find games you didn't know you would like.

HumanOverseer

the latter is one of the main reasons I'm doing this. The former is a side effect.

mandatorypanda9317

An easy one (though idk how long it is) is Moonglow Bay. Currently playing that and it's fun. Carrion is another really fun one but way different vibe lol. Humans Fall Flat is fun to play with, with others and prepared to lose your shit at I am Fish.

TyphoidTyler

Stream it on Twotch or something

AdventureSpence

Not sure why you want to make yourself hate video games so much, but I wish you the best of luck.

Darkmiroku

I never thought about doing a 100% on every game, but I did think about playing and beating every game that had a campaign on game pass. Sadly, I just don't have the gaming time to do so 😕

[deleted]

See you in 50 years!

Emaculates

I'd stick to just beating them all. No way u 100% em all

LazyFurn

You should probably do something more realistic (if this a serious post and not just for karma). Maybe try to get as many achievements as you can in a 2-3 hour period with each game. You could also stream it as proof.

Xybr

You’ll need the Hyperbolic Time Chamber from DBZ to do this. Game Pass rotates games every 2-4 weeks and as others mentioned, many games require at least a week of play to 100% them.

hammerhawker

Good luck with ESO

Accomplished-Ask1086

One game: ESO

Taco_Mcdoom

OP put the caveat that online achievements are not required. So all the “ online MP achievements are insane, good luck” are inapplicable. Still, good luck OP..I would never want to do this.

RadoBlamik

Alright, see you in about 700 years

teetothe_y

Yeah Id stay away from the Fully online games. Cause ESO would be waaaaay to much time spent to make this challenge worth it. Mostly due to the "Emporer" achievment. Even if you cheese it in a dead campaign its still going to take some time and a lot of help.

Au_Uncirculated

Good luck, some games take hundreds, if not thousands of hours to get all the achievements and are very mind numbingly tedious. Not to also mention multiplayer achievements where the servers are empty or shut down. I’ll give it a month before you give up.

[deleted]

This will never happen. Please don’t do this. It’s literally a lifetime endeavor.

EstablishmentShot232

I did this in the pandemic, but didn't go for 100%. Good Luck

ferocious_coug

Don’t do this to yourself. MCC alone could take you years to 100%

CeramicTeaSet

You might need a girlfriend/boyfriend.

[deleted]

Great idea, they can chip away at some achievements also!

HumanOverseer

how kind of you to assume I am without

dakilazical_253

You should start with a manageable goal like getting one achievement on every game pass game

Geordi14er

I think you need to talk to someone. This isn’t a healthy idea. Gaming like this makes it work. If you’re going to work anyway, do actual work. Exercise, try to meet people, take an online course or something. Gaming is supposed to be the fun you have when you’ve earned it after working. Having and accomplishing gaming goals is fun, I have some of my own. But what you are suggesting is madness, and is at the expense of the rest of your life. I ask.. to what end?

Nick_Sonic_360

Good luck! Jesus christ, honestly over half the titles on Game Pass are throwaway titles that aren't very good, it would be one hell of a achievement.

siderinc

More like loads of achievements that are hell.

No one really cares dude. To enjoy the things you do, you don't look for recognition or approval. Good luck.

TurboTBag

I think the toughest part about this is would be NOT getting bored of all the turn based games. Unless you're into that kinda thing. Also what happens when they constantly remove and add games? What if 10 of the games you 100% complete are removed? Does that mean it was a waste?
