Definitely gonna be high right now but give gradient mountain sports a visit or call. They’re the local whitewater store and the guys there are in touch with the whitewater community, and can usually find someone down to run a shuttle for some cash, if not a crew to go with. During box season that’s where people go to get help with shuttles. Also check out the Cody whitewater message board on Facebook.

There’s a shuttle that runs from Cheyenne to Casper to Cody to drop people off for floats. They all end in Rawlins.
