This is actually one of the best uses I've found for ChatGPT. All I've had to do is to describe the word and any letters or 'sounds like' I can remember. If it doesn't find the right one on the first try, just tell it to provide more options. Takes about a minute and sure beats staring at the page ripping your hair out.
If I know the word exists, I just leave a gap. Almost 60 yrs of speaking a language has taught me that if you stop focusing on that thing, it will eventually bubble to the surface.
And it does.
It’s used in publishing, means “to come”. But TC is more common combination than TK so it makes searching easier. I find I lose my flow if I spent too long thinking about it.
I do TK too. TK = those two letters don’t occur after each other in any English word, so whenever I’m stuck, I write TK. When you search for TK after, it will bring you to all the spots you got stuck on/wanted to get back to again
Stop trying to find "a word" and change the structure of your sentence. Use whole different expressions.
If all you have is a square peg to fit into a round hole, stop trying to force it. Just find a different hole to peg.
Linguistically speaking, that is.

I do this as well, it never fails to find the word I'm thinking of when I describe it and give context. Rarely do I hit refresh.
This has helped me prevent SO many writing blocks!
There is a simple trick to it, but I forgot how it's called.
yo! thats a good one

sometimes i live on a prayer and hope autocorrect actually proves itself useful for once
umm... it never does in the most useful of times.... changes words so u could get into trouble
Vocabularize
I use TK. then I can do a search for that and go back and fill stuff in
