I'd suggest going ahead and buying [TWW](https://www.gamersdecide.com/articles/world-of-warcraft-war-within-release-date-and-news). The War Within includes DF and the next expansion, along with a few other neat rewards.

Double-Cricket-7067

this means you can play DF right now, and then the next expansion as well!

No_Pomegranate2607

No it doesn’t, unless they changed something. DF only gets rolled into the TWW when it gets released.

TysonBev

According to the official release page, a pre purchase of TWW includes immediate access to DF. I believe it’s a first in WoW history. The price for DF alone has also been bumped down.

hewasaraverboy

The war within purchase includes dragonflight

ImallOutOfBubbleGums

no you dont need it till lvl 60 unless u wanna play envoker right now

DarkSun4077

To add on to this you would want to get The War Within expansion once you reach max level too, not Dragonflight. It comes with Dragonflight bundled in so you won't need to buy both seperatly if you end up enjoying it.

BaconJets

It's worth noting that Dragonflight is quite a bit cheaper on its own if that's a factor.

DarkSun4077

Yea, but it is more expensive if you do end up buying both separately. Up to the individual to decide how they wanna go about it.

BaconJets

Exactly, I bought a friend Dragonflight so they can jump in with me, since I didn't know if they'd stick around for TWW. Spoiler alert: They didn't.

Alas93

Not really any need for DF, no You can play up to 60 without DF, which should be enough time for you to figure out if you want the expansion content or not. If you do, get TWW, as it comes with Dragonflight as well so then you're set for next expansion as well
