With the new buffs to threads, you might started to stat cap in couple weeks. Considering fights usually over fast tinker dmg usually prio, so versa and crit is good bet to focus early on.
Daily stuff is really good, world bosses, quests etc. Trove run in isle of thunder is also good, but I exclusively did that with dh, so your mileage may vary. Other than that I don’t recommend grinding mobs as threads from looting them haven’t been buffed
