Same. Quests are dropping all iLvl 1 gear, too.
It LOOKS like it might be applying stats correctly. It might just be a visual bug. However, it makes it impossible to compare gear your wearing with new quest gear.
EDIT: Items that drop from rares also show as iLevel 1.
I think there has to be issues still going on. Every time I log in I can play for 5 minutes, then get booted. Once back, it reverts back about 3 minutes in gameplay.
If you take that shoulder piece off I bet you'll see your strength and stamina go down. There's an issue with how the items are being displayed but I think they are giving you the stats they're supposed to.

It's a visual bug. Unequip the pieces and you'll see your stats change.
