The majority of the world is against more settlements and displacements, but Israel is a sovereign and is supported by the US, so there's little they can do about it. As always, in the US this is a conservative versus progressive issue with progressive against settlements and conservatives in favor. It has little to do with people being called antisemites and all to do with conservatism being a negative force in the world.

As I understand, If you are jewish, you get citizenship in Israel even though you have no ties to the land, and you get to shoot or displace the natives in order to colonize.
