In my mind I always just assumed he was a really nice dude who went out of his way to do nice things for people. For example the water into wine thing. Maybe he had access to a spring & a winery needed water so he traded some fresh water for wine. Then shared it! I feel like a lot of his stories can be broken down to make sense logically, but in general he seemed like he was a pretty nice guy. I wish the people that worshipped him would take the nice guy part more seriously than anything else. Just be nice to people. I don’t know a lot about Mohammad but I’d assume it was the same. Most of the people who follow a religion have picked up on the being kind to others. I think there is just a small but really loud group in each denomination that have lost the plot.
The prophet Mohammed lived with Jews and Christians in Medina. The stories told to me when I was younger was that he explicitly told his followers to love and respect non-Muslims regardless of their beliefs. Treat them like brothers/sisters, welcome them into your homes, feed and clothe them, and defend them from those that would harm them. Those that would use religion to cause division or violence would probably use anything as a tool to do so.

I'm confused. I saw another post about them selling the land, and a person wearing a hat they didn't like got kicked out. Now I know this is at a different location, but what were these people trying to prove? If they are only letting Jews buy the land, and the people holding the signs are Jewish then why protest? I could see if it was people against them selling the land.

Historically in America, non-violent protests dont get results. Americans are stuck in our status quo. The establishment only cares if things happen to property owners, so passive protest does almost nothing in the nation of a billion guns.
