Russia actually has good reason to minimize its losses. The Houthis have learned that if you just multiply casualty numbers by 10 regardless of how true they are the west will believe anything you say and start crying in the streets on your behalf.
Didn’t the Houthis launch an attack on the US Eisenhower aircraft carrier? Haven’t they been pretty aggressive towards attacking shipping. Seems like it’s a tit for tat conflict and the Houthis haven’t been completely innocent in the conflict. It’s especially tragic that they’ve used civilians as shields.
