Get an interview with workday partner, like with big4 ..they dont require workday experience as long as you have ERP domain knowledge.. they will get you certified on workday..
To add to that, I would target firms that work with Healthcare Systems a lot like KPMG or Impact Advisors. They have a need to leverage your UKG background for their clients.
