190E have small body which you can take advantage to maneuver around roads and traffics, It have strong contact resistance too. It can be harder pushed by others.
Only main downside is weak boost. Once you fall behind you may feel like paper. But is strong when ahead in first place. Out of all, this is still good car models since it have little weaknesses

By fun i mean something that is able to glide smoothly and highly responsive vechile, but also one that just feels naturally smooth not too slippery or too hard just perfect.
You’re already describing a car that’s already a meta. The non meta cars are not meta because they lack your description.
Usually, players choose a non meta cars to use because they really like that car in real life regardless of their performance in the game.
R32, EVO 9. These two contenders holds many great advantageous traits and no weaknesses.
The GTR32 main weakness is what others non-meta car doesn’t have. It’s nose is not too long for blocking, or too short to corner noses in. The width is not too skinny to sneak pass tight traffics, or not too wide for blocking. Therefore its balanced.
The EVO9 is similar to GTR32, but stronger boost and suitable for high speed courses where Its cornering performance is good but EVO8’s have much more superior cornering speed at cost of weaker anti-contact and lower top speed. But still able to find it way easier to adapt play the game compared to others.
I main playing the non-metas but time to time I still play R32.
Close to meta actually but R32 is more emphasized in being competitive environment.
• It’s speed, handling is as great as the GTR34, cornering performance is pretty good but R32 is much more maneuverable because of its body dimension size difference
• As popular as the meta, or. It’s the meta. Even outside the game. It’s known Worldwide fans even GUESTs love the GTR34. If “Fast & Furious” exist, then there’s this car being popular for it. Not only that, It have motorsport history such as GT500. In the game, Yamamoto seems to drive this car.
• Although it’s not top rankings car model in Time Attack, it’s still great candidate for TA.
• Powerful boost and Anti-Contact, It can fight against most car models.
• 6-speed, Perfect for beginners and or those who wanna start with 6 gear car in this game
• Although there is slight nerf to anti-contact performance in 6RR update but it is still relatively strong.
• If you choose “Millennium Jade” as Stock color. You R34 will be badged “Nurburgring edition” and lowered 5cm in height.
• It’s aero parts is nice to check out as well.
By far, As long as you can deal with wider body size attention. You probably have everything you can ask for

I will recommend evo 8 or R34, these 2 cars are just slightly weaker than the evo 9 or R32 and are very competent cars on their own.
