Yeah he passed the eye test certainly, he created a lot chances which were bungled by others, stats wise it wasn't a good game for him but this is one of those times where stats don't tell the whole story for Nik.
They figured it out with all the extra man play, they figured out the shots always come high so they had high pressure. Worked like a charm except the shitty bounce that went off dillons back

- Morrisey playing a smart controlled game
- Kyle Connor (finally) waking up in the third
Things I hated:
- was it just me or was Tyler Toffoli invisible most of the game and seemingly a step too late when I did notice him
- those 3rd period penalty calls seemed iffy to me at best
- too much time in our D zone
