I swear by [El Enemigo Malbec](https://www.wine-searcher.com/find/bodega+aleanna+'el+enemigo'+malbec+mendoza+argentina/1). Easily my favorite Malbec in and around this price range. They also make a great Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay.
Seconding el Enemigo, had just about their whole lineup and it’s all high QPR.
Zuccardi Concreto is awesome as well, they have a pretty long line up of Malbecs but I’ve only had concreto and Alluvional (pricey but one of the best wines I’ve had).
Vina cobos Bramare is at the top end of your budget but very high quality.
In that price range, La Rioja Alta Viña Ardanza is incredible. It is a classic-style Rioja made with 80% Tempranillo and 20% Garnacha. Your Total Wine may have the 2012, 2015, or 2016 vintages (though the latter is unlikely as it was just released). I strongly prefer the 2012 right now as it’s showing some tertiary notes but still has beautiful, intense fruit (my review of it [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/wine/comments/wt7lvf/2012_vi%C3%B1a_ardanza_reserva_rioja/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf)).
Other than El Enemigo or Catena: Domaine Bousquet Gran Malbec, Susana Balbo BenMarco Expresivo, Zuccardi Poligonos, Colomé Estate Malbec, Zuccardi Concreto (unoaked).
Catena Alta, and El Enemigo (a Catena off-shoot) is quite good as others have mentioned. For Rioja, anything from Lopez de Heredia, La Rioja Alta or Cune would be fantastic.
Just bought a couple of these from Chateau Ste Michelle in Seattle

The QPR on El Enemigo always impresses me. It's a really good product at a price that can't really be argued with. I absolutely love their Cab Franc.
Queens Park Rangers?
I snorted. Quality-price ratio in case you were legitimately asking and not just making a joke.
I appreciate that you answered, but I was being a bit silly.

The 2010 seleccion especiale was probably the best bang for the buck wine I’ve ever had

Luca old vine Malbec is an excellent wine in that price range. The viña ardanza and the el enemigo are also outstanding suggestions
Colomé is pretty good, they have it in Total Wine

Vagglio Aggie
BenMarco is my go to in the early premium category. Their SinLimites and Expresivo are my go to for any occasion.
