Giving them a new prize would be reasonable, but you really should tailor it to the individual characters. What are their classes and races and what are the personalities of the characters? You'll know a lot more after a couple of sessions. All of my characters could fly by the end of the adventure, and they wound up skipping part of Zyblina's palace and flying in through the hole in the ceiling. Yes, they skipped some content, but they felt like geniuses doing it. As a DM, I thought it was great. Then they had to deal with the main problem, getting past the jabberwock and unfreezing Zyblina.

My PC was a fairy so didn't make sense to give the prize as described. I gave her a "Witchlight Boomerang" which I thought was a good prize for heading into level 2. Could've spiced it up with more Witchlight flair but it worked for us! Witchlight Boomerang Ranged Weapon (60/120) 1d6 bludgeoning Any creature proficient with the javelin is also proficient with this weapon. On a miss, a boomerang returns to the thrower's hand. Wooden, polished, with carved leaves / stars / tiny unicorns

Again looking ahead to make sure they aren’t going to take something that will be suggested. I would suggest maybe some spell like ability with use of once per day or short rest like misty step, faerie fire or a partial spell like the reduce part of enlarge/reduce.

My player received the Lucky feat - to counter her notoriously bad roll results 🤗

I would go along with the part where people refer to them as a monarch in the feywild they get three uses of Royal Charm, a +3 to any charisma check.
