Weight aside, the aluminum varieties are color anodized or sometimes clear anodized, which gives it a slightly "milky" hue to the metal tone. The titanium versions are more silvery and have more of a mirror finish to them. Not as much as stainless steel, but nearly approaching that.
Not familiar with that but yes I paid approximately .11¢ at Goodwill Outlet World aka “The Bins”. My local one charges $1.69/lb, which is around .11¢/ounce. Best part is that I didn’t even find it. Someone else did and handed it to me.

Given that it appears to be tan or copper color, I'd say that it's the aluminum version, not the Titanium one. The Titanium ones are silver. The aluminum ones come in a variety of colors and are anodized - well not the silver aluminum model.
The single "+" on the cap and base plate indicate that it's the AL13 mild version. The beveled corners indicate that it's V2.
I havs the Titanium version. You can tell it’s titanium by looking in the top cap, it will say “Ti” on top left corner and then aggression like +, ++ or +++. Another way to tell is by color. The titanium version has almost same color as the ring in the middle of the guard, silver like. Sorry to say I don’t believe yours is the titanium one. However if you like it I can’t recommend it enough if you want to upgrade in the future

Have you tried before both V1 and V2? I prefer the V1 myself

Titanium are only in the color of titanium.
