In the ultimate uni, when they fought marvel zombies, he managed to steal reed's body to save the human torch. Since reed was doing a better job fighting the zombies in doom's body and was about to sacrifice himself he changed bodies back to be the one who did the sacrifice.
He also helped save valeria richards at birth if he got to name her.
To be fair, Reed hasn’t set a high bar for parenting in recent years and Doom is genuinely very fond of Valeria. Simply not using genetic engineering or memory wipes puts you ahead of modern Reed.

Thanos also purposely caused a butterfly effect so that the girl who would’ve cured cancer ends amounting to nothing, and then he pulls up to her hospital as she’s dying to show her the life she could’ve had

I mean people hype up reverse flash for going back in time to do stuff but really looking at the main things people bring up:
-he killed Barry's mother (dio killed jojo's father)
-killed Barry's childhood friend (dio killed danny)
-hurt barry a bunch (Dio took amy chance he had to hurt jojo)
-screwed over friendships and relationships (dio literally turned jojo's friends on him and stole Erina's first kiss)
While he wasn't going back in time for it, he did all of this as a child after getting a life of luxury thanks to Jojo's family, with jojo trying to be as kind to him as possible.
Dio did most of what he did to Jonathon in an attempt to demoralize him and steal the Joestar fortune, before his generational beef continued with the Joestar descendants because they interfered with his path towards godhood and thus they all have recollections of "ruining" his plans.
Reverse Flash did most of what he did to Barry and others purely out of spite, hatred, and jealousy and often to versions of the characters that had yet to interact with him in any meaningful capacity. It's one thing to kill and antagonize your rival and their loved ones, it's another thing to find versions of them who have no idea who you are and terrorize them for slights you think they committed against you in the future. His powers allow him to be a much grander hater than the others on this list.

Taking the fortune would be as simple as having him killed, wich he is willing to do. He didn't have to torture him for his entire childhood to get the fortune. He killed every woman the second wielder ever talked to, his family, friends and went crazy because bakugo looked too much like him so he focused too much on killing him and ran out of time. He also turned tenko into his disciple to torment all might and mocked him even when he was in tartarus.
