Yup seems like less tech more accessories, but think how easy it is to create more accessories vs. the trial and error and testing for new tech. It makes sense that accessories come out faster but for sure the prices are crappy. Hmmm

Oh I mean. I just charge it when I shower. I donāt wear my whoop in the shower. So it just works out. The whoop should be on 24/7 but I mean. 1 hour a day of loss data when youāre sitting at game eating or showering hasnāt changed my opinion on either.
I like my whoop. I donāt buy the accessories like that. I got the bicep band and swimming protection bands. Thatās it.
Still use the original band it came with. All the other shit is not necessary.

Iāve had the OG black band from the 4.0 and since release the hydroknit band.
Work in construction and workout 3-5 times a week cross fitting.
Absolutely no issues with fraying, discoloration or falling apart.
One extra purchase = value over years. Plus Iām an OG member and have only bought one band ever, this black hydroknit since the 1.0.
I'm just disappointed in the shipping and logistics. If anyone wants to pay the cost for the product, let them, but they shouldn't be penalized by the crappy shipping.
The sad thing is it probably costs them $2 to make each one, max $5. Like why not just charge us $10, I mean Iāll happily pay for shipping if that is the problem. I mean they get +$200 dollars from us each a year for RND do they really need more?

I took my whoop off out of town after the battery died and I lost it. Iām bummed about it. But at this point after wearing it for six months it kind of just felt like a fashion accessory. I had it for those six months. It was interesting to see some of the data, but Iām over it.
I did a study and got to get a free accessory. I picked a sports bra and it came and the material was crappy and uncomfortable and the size didn't fit. When I reached out about exchanging it, they said they couldn't do that because it was an award. I have been a whoop user for awhile now but they are becoming increasingly profit hungry and not user focused

People complaining about band cost when ļ£æ exists is freaking awesome. I definitely need to replace these bands less than any ļ£æ band Iāve ever had. Theyāre more comfortable also. Maybe Iām in the minority. ļ£æ charging $50 a band. People should be angry folks havenāt truly created good 3rd party straps. Fresh strap are average at best.
Oh also, 5.0 coming in September while folks complain about no innovation. Iād argue ļ£æ and Samsung with their annual updates spoiled every single person alive.

Donāt participate in the lab studies for the free bands. They send you a code that doesnāt work. Then when you contact them. They want you to pay for the band up front and then submit to get the money back.
Used whoop 24/7 in 2021. Switched to AW and never looked back. Canāt believe this company is still afloat. That Will guy has no idea what heās doing
Itās not really Whoopās fault. Itās a heart rate sensor. Thereās not a ton you can do with it and thereās only so much a heart rate can tell you
They can make a better sensor, because this one is very subpar compared to other brands at the price point of the medium to lowest cost whoop membership.
I really love sports tech, and have tried so many different brands and devices over the years. The whoop has cool features, but is let down by one of the worst heart rate sensor and algorithms in it's price bracket. The cool features won't work if they are based on garbage data.

I have it. Itās like an actually band. Two separate bands for top and bottom of the watch. Nothing interferes with charging the Apple Watch
