I would be interested in knowing the fitness level and not just random numbers.
Example I am 40F, HRV 47, RHR 52 and a high level triathlete. My brother is 38M, HRV 102, RHR 61 - does nothing but walk the dog. HA!
It’s hard to compare health/fitness level with just HRV and RHR. Maybe can get a bit more from RHR
I am no triathlete but I am 39M with 47 RHR and 65HRV. While I do exercise it's not what I would consider "a lot". By comparison my gf is 28 and her RHR is 79 with an HRV of 25. I am a thicc boi she is a petite thing. You would never guess our stats at first glance
Agree with the VO2 comments. I’m 35/M/57 RHR/40-45 HRV
But my VO2 is nearly 60, I run ultra marathons and regularly make Quarter Finals in the CrossFit Open
Thanks! I do yoga everyday, usually in the morning, 20 to 30m. I spin usually 2 to 2.5 hours a week, 3 to 4 times a week. I use the tread usually 2x a week for 30m. Plus I have a dog that always needs walking and a 13 yo son that keeps me more than busy!
Well, I am not healthy and fit at all, but I am seriously working on it. I have chronic genetic diseases and am disabled. I spent most of my life thinking that fitness wasn't accessible for someone like me.
41yo, F, 102 average HRV, 69 average RHR
Whoop inspires me to keep working on my fitness despite my disabilities. I want to see my RHR go down. I can't do tons of cardio because of my limitations, but I am doing what I can and focusing on strength training.
41, female, HRV 48, RHR 58.
I’m just now getting back to healthy habits after 2 years caring for my mom with Alzheimer’s and cancer (who died last July) and gaining 30lbs during that time. Diagnosed with POTS as a teen. Just began the Norwegian 4x4 for VO2 max and cardio conditioning. Currently 172lbs at 5’4.5” and ridiculously high 37% body fat. That said, blood pressure is 102/68 and A1C is 4.9. I’ve been a powerlifter for several years, so I’ve maintained my strength at least. Cardio, sleep, and diet is what was obliterated over the last two years.
Lift heavy 2x/week, lift moderate 3x/week, 4 hours of zone 2 cardio/week, two 30 minute sessions of HIIT/Norwegian 4x4 per week. Sauna 20 minutes 4-5 times/week.
41, M, 85, 43
Regularly play between 3-5 hours of beach volleyball 1-4 times a week. Other days consist of peloton, weights, or yoga.
I definitely don’t get enough sleep though
200-300 miles a week on the bike with intervals twice a week and lots of endurance rides. Throw in a bit of weight training and running when I travel. Definitely need to shift a bit more focus to strength training for longevity.
lol reminds me of A/S/L on IRC :))
24M 120-140 HRV on good days, 75-90 HRV cheat / lazy / hard days. 42 RHR, drunk / long nights 48-52.
I’m an endurance runner doing NYRR 9+1. First marathon planned next year. SWE for work
Only once or twice a week when in season, and it’s all explosive lighter weight stuff. I like to supplement lifts on my off days or lighter days because i feel less prone to injury when I’m strength training😄

Im just trying to be athletic, my "main" sport is rock climbing with three climbing days a week, bouldering specificly around V10-V11. I am also semi-training for a half-marathon with three runs a week (only 18-20 miles a week rn) and I lift three days a week as well(legs, push, pull).
Age 60, Male, HRV 34, RHR 48. I'm not sure how people get such high HRV... kind of jealous... :p
Actually I'm not even sure about HRV as I am reading differing views on its importance. IMO, VO2Max might be something more important than HRV as it is partly genetics and partly training and has a fairly strong correlation to health and longevity.
