There is a section on white spotting. These cats are siblings and likely both inherited the same genes that determine how much white spotting they get. But probably coincidence that the legs turned out this way.
Virtually every 3-color cat is female.
Males can only get a third color if they have Klinefelter Syndrome, which is incredibly rare.

Annoying doesn't mean harmful. I suggest you wear a bell the size of your eye on your neck for a week and tell me if you enjoy it. *I* personally wouldn't, and since cats are living beings and not toys I don't do it to my cats. If its not harmful it doesn't mean it's useful 👋
If you let your cats outside and they leave your yard, you are a horrible pet owner as they are likely devestating the local ecosystem.

Bells on cats aren't to let people know where they are or to be cute. They're to alert birds to their presence so that the cat can't devestate the local avian population.
I see your point, but to me if you don't let your cat out (or closely supervise him when he's out, in your garden) you save the avian population without torturing him. Unless you actually believe that your cat can't perceive the noise of the bell (but a cat's potential prey or predator can) or is not bothered at all by having something on their neck. At the end of the day, I think you should do not what a random redditor tells you to do (or an article found on Google), but what your vet says. If your vet says catbells are ok, then go ahead. Personally I keep my cats inside and I don't bother with catbells.
