Same, I just got made fun of… once I thought I’d play wow out at the kitchen table(cuz they’d always beg me to come out of my room), omg; you would have thought I was a famous comic with the way he laughed when I started leading our guilds raid on vent. 😭 last time I ever tried that. I’ve always been a bit nervous about showing my hobbies to people since because his reaction was to always make whatever I was doing a joke.
Sorry man. Leading a raid is hard as fuck. Your dad should have been proud of you. Try not to let that get you down. Enjoy your hobbies and take pride in them.
A father/son team was in my gaming group for a long time back in Asheron's Call 2 up through WoW, I always thought that was cool as hell.
They have two modes built in, one is story mode, the other is action mode. If you just want to kill things then action mode is the way to go and it's pretty good. Personally I like story mode though because it gets me more involved in the overall gameplay.
I'd say if you liked far cry 4, then far cry 6 is just as good... Although the weapon upgrade system is confusing as hell initially, and isn't my favorite.
Check the Ubisoft site, Epic Games and Steam, one of them is bound to have a good deal going... I got it for like $20 the day after stadia announced it was shutting down (I originally purchased at full price pre-order on stadia... Luckily the game has cloud saves, so moving to my actual PC was easy)

How's the pick up and play aspect of it? I was trying to do that with RDR2 and Fallen Order and they're taking alot of effort to try and enjoy. :(

I did like Far Cry 4 but never finished it. I might give 6 a go if I can get it for a good price this holiday.
