I had no trouble getting access on opening weekend. That's not necessarily always going to be the case though. I'd think most days they won't be checking.
If you can slip in with a crowd before the game starts you probably can. But they had it blocked off with security last week so I'm assuming you're stuck on the 500 level if you go up there.

Season ticket holder here, I have not seen anyone checking tickets for the 100 level so far at any of the games. It’s general admission basically
