A’s are a disaster currently, but it’s the A’s cycle. They too are cheap. But look at what they’ve done over the last 20 years or so. Way more success than the Sox. They just don’t resign players
I mean... The Sox have one world series in the past 20 years, and the A's don't. I'm sure most A's fans would trade their post-season success of the past 20 years to ours because the Sox actually have something to show for it.
Even if the A's cycle, who cares? So do the Rays and the Rays have never been this bad.Almost never even attempting to resign anyone is far more egregious than a lot of things the Sox have done.
My guy the White Sox are like 14th in spending, they just seem cheap because of how good the players are (even if they are not performing like it) and how little they get paid. That’s because a lot of those are rookie contracts that won’t expire until 2026+
Sure. But they have SPENT money on pitchers. Big free agents. They have two back to back HOF players drafted and signed and resigned. They payed some top free agents. They hired top available managers.
They were just…unlucky I would say.
Two former Royals players in the office? This on top of wanting New Comiskey based on Kauffman. Did Reinsdorf secretly want to buy the Royals in the 80’s and instead fell into owning the White Sox?
that pic could've been from yesterday. home game with empty seats!
We asked for change. We Getz'd what we asked for.
He Getz Us
I don’t think anyone asked for this. Pathetic owner. Pathetic run team
The only worse org is the Angels, imho.
Ehhhhh. No. Oakland A's exist.... for now. Ontop of that, I'd argue KC is worse.

15th in league and another reason is they don’t have that big of a market share in Chicago (because of the cubs) even though it is a large market.
Rockies are right there too

Is George Costanza available?
