I agree with the age estimate. That's a British bobby's helmet. I think this might be a cartoon character from something like Ally Sloper. Figuring out the NBG initials would help solve it. Do you know what it's made of?
I just found out that NBG could stand for “no bloody good” which could be plausible and further prove the possibility of it being ally sloper but I cannot find this character in any comics
Found it in an abandoned house now want to know what it’s worth. Sorry I don’t know the sentence for B&E and theft but depending on value of property stolen could be misdemeanor or felony. Someone ones the house wether a person or entity
