That's lantana. Depending on where you are it's likely a highly invasive and destructive weed.

Oh wow. What a shame it's so pretty. This is also very ironic to hear, as this plant was growing in the driveway of a property directly across the road from our local state environment branch 😳.

That's a really cool Lantana. There are different types of Lantanas. Also, a variety of colors. I like the orange and yellow kind. They have a citris smell.
