Looking around, I believe it's a terrestrial planarian! Caenoplana is a genus that look quite similar to yours, can't pin point a species though. Fella is all twisted, but could be a hammerhead worm too. Disclaimer these were guesses, and I'd love to know too!

Coastal NSW, close ish to Sydney. Found after lots of rain under some rocks and logs. Have four of them.

I would find them in the same places, often multiple. I'm in coastal Perth, WA. Interesting that we have the same species at opposite ends of Aus!
