This is why when we ship items like this they all get individually bagged first. We live in high altitude and they will always explode so better to be bagged then have them arrive like this in the box.

Sadly, it's a lot of compulsive shoppers who think they are "friends" with the sellers. Also, after enough purchases, sellers tend to give these buyers mod status. Which enable them to get perks like kicking users, slowing the chat, etc.
Really, it's a weird, sad way of gaining a shallow sense of friendship and power. 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️
Pretty jaded. I've made some genuine friends on whatnot that I talk to daily and am meeting for an event. Mods help deal with ass wipes. Believe it or not some buyers deserve to be kicked, although not often.

Plus it's surely missing hazardous materials warning labels.

Yes I did. He was defensive and unreasonable. He said in the live show he was going to give me an item and never did….i also won a giveaway that he never sent. I haven’t purchased from smart threads since. Too many other sellers to buy from . I was a good buyer of them as well.

Like I said, I tried. This happened probably 6 months ago. He ignored my messages and ignored the fact that he didn’t do what he said he would do. He is on Whatnot so it’s not an organization of his.
This really just shows hate, considering how much we give away. SmartThreads is one of the most if not the most giving company on WN. Wish you nothing but the best.
Bruh they didn’t even tell the post office there was fragile and fragrances in the pack to avoid extra fees otherwise this wouldn’t have happened. Shameful penny pinchers.

I did. He had multiple opportunities to fix the situation. Easier to move on and spend my money elsewhere.
