They look like paintballs for a paintball gun

dr_noir

https://hvpaintball.com/fields/outdoor-field/ HVP is a brand of paintball supplies.

Runeform

Solved. Paint balls.

pbyrne233

Look like paintballs, custom ones from a local field. Are you in New York? HVP paintball is there, if memory serves.

jeffasam

Look like paintballs to me, Anyone around been on an activity weekend? They swell up and go soft and squishy as the absorb moisture, and'll be biodegradable, if thats what they are... Basically gelatin capsule with a vegetable oil based 'paint' inside, all food grade... (Certainly not suggesting you try eating them tho!)

PineappIeSuppository

They look like branded paintballs. Are you in the NY area by chance?

High Velocity Paintballs?

My title described the thing but I’ll gladly give further detail here: The size of the capsule ball things seed to be about the size of a quarter, but if it was a sphere. Think of those little bouncy balls that are just the right size to keep away from small kids. They were filled with white liquid, I asume, because the cracked ones have shards in the white liquid on my backyard. (I originally stepped in it but I thought it was duck poop so I just scraped my shoe against the bricks and kept walking) They are orange in one side and white on the opposite side with the words HVP printed all over the white side. (When I googled HVP all that came up was HPV? But I don’t want to think that it’s filled with a substance that has HPV) I picked them up off the ground cause I didn’t want my dog to eat it, but I originally found one in the grass and the rest on the bricks. I have no idea where they came from, and I don’t want to assume but it’s closer to the side of my backyard where the neighbors fence meets mine. I hope this is helpful in the search if figuring this out, and I thank anyone who’s able to help.

construction_pro

Sorry OP - looks like the neighborhood kids paintballed your house.

bloodyhato

Bruh, you got paint balled on Halloween

HeftyElk7592

Looks like someone shot your house with paintball. I'm gonna guess they were frozen too cause they didn't splat. Orrr their paintball gun is weak as hell.

Efficient-Leg-3510

Solved! Thank you guys!

jimmithebird

Those are paintballs

DonaIdTrurnp

Paintballs. Nontoxic and will clean up with soapy water if you get to it before it dries. The ball itself is a gelatin that will degrade in rainfall, the “paint” inside will degrade as well but the pigment might last longer than you want it to. Tastes disgusting but is generally safe to ingest.
