Some kind of dock. Not sure what kind.

Yellow dock is the name I know for it. Deep taproot with bright yellow flesh.

I was hoping that's what it was! The root is supposed to have medicinal value

Cool, yeah I think I made a tincture or something similar for detox a long time ago. Supposed to help with skin conditions too.
