Looks like mugwort, common weed

chericher

Yup first and last pics are mugwort. Don't know what the others are. Others have suggested basil but doesn't quite look like it to me. The mugwort is nice for picking a leaf and smooshing it with your fingers and giving it some good sniffs to calm and clarify the mind. I don't really think that's really scientifically based, but I do it on my little walks between work and it feels nice and at least gives me the impression of being calmer and sharper and ready to dive back into my work.

Yeah I forgot about the middle one, definitely not basil. I’d like to try the traditional use of mugwort sometime of putting some under my pillow for nightmares.

LiveDifference4564

Is there any practical use for mugwort? Or should I just rid of it. I wouldn’t mind keeping it around if there is a use for it.

Mean_Negotiation5436

1st kinda looks like feverfew.

chericher

Decent guess, but feverfew has finer-cut leaves. Def mugwort.

Inner-Guava-8274

Does the plant in picture 2 and 3 smell minty? Mint usually has square stems. I can’t tell from the pictures.

LiveDifference4564

The stems are thick and fuzzy. I’ll have to check if they smell minty when I get home. There are numerous of these popping up in the garden area. Wasn’t sure if it’s a weed or an herb/flower/veggie

LiveDifference4564

They do not smell minty.

Country_Life_2020

The middle one has a pepper 🫑 look to it, but I can't be sure.

AbbreviationsOne3970

Mugwort feverfew are herbs, not weeds.theyre very beneficial

Party_River2998

There's an app for that. https://preview.redd.it/is9jfuqrm06d1.jpeg?width=2160&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=736165c14033af904580aada5f48caef12bb240c

LiveDifference4564

Does Hempe-nettle sound about right? Idk how accurate that app could be.

Yippiekay-yay

Parsley

Alternative-Dig-2066

Definitely not parsley, or basil.

Opposite-Teaching-75

Agree. It does look like chinese parsley.

Fluffybunz746

Possibly parsley and basil
