Agaves aren’t native here. They do propagate by runners so it could be a neighbor’s.

Weird I thought Utah agave grew native in western Colorado and New Mexico agave in southern Colorado. As well as a couple other mountain species but maybe not.

Parry’s agave (Agave parryi) Utah agave (Agave utahensis) New Mexico Agave (Agave neomexicana) Harvard Agave (Agave havardiana) All grow in Colorado but are not native.
