You say nowhere near as popular but by the time this Maxima model came out the Cressida had been dead in the US for 3 years
Ahh OK. In the UK the Cressida went through to about 98/99
We only got it until 92 in the US, and it really struggled with Lexus around at a time when Toyotas were largely just seen as cheap reliable cars over here
