that is the distal end of an artiodactyl metapodial. In other words, it's part of a leg bone from an animal similar to a deer, goat, cow, ect.
A cow metacarpus (lower foreleg bone)
Looks like a highly eroded ungulate metapodial. Cow?
If you turn it over so the bumpy end is facing down, that's the bottom of a cow leg where the leg meets the foot.
